    @MartinSLewis Got your newsletter this week & thought I'd switch my bank to @BarclaysUK for the free £175. Downloaded their app to find it couldn't verify me & to make appt at a branch. Earliest is August 19th!! Think I'll stick with @LloydsBank who had no problem verifying me.

    @BarclaysUK In the last visit I felt the whole process was very disrespectful for me. They are respecting their internal processes more than their potential customer (which makes no sense to me).

    @BarclaysUK - Why does your Barclays credit card dispute team only provide lies? It is impossible to log any complaint about them. The only way to get any help is by calling them, but all they do is provide lies and nothing else. Why do you have such a useless team in place?

    4 months since my Barclays account got closed (my error) and still haven’t been able to reopen an account. It’s such a shame @BarclaysUK because prior to this the customer service was always great!

    Oh my god @BarclaysUK’s customer support line is one of the most annoying automated lines I have ever phoned 😤 stupid robot woman doesn’t know what I’m saying and still won’t let me talk to a person

    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK - Why is your Fraud team so slow and unable to help with anything? Raised a fraud transaction on the Barclays card & it has been 3 weeks & there has not been a single reply. Why so CRAP service? Are you taking the FRAUD seriously or is it a waste of tm

    @BarclaysUK I've tried three times to use your online bereavement service to tell you of my Dad's passing, and three times I have got an error message directing me to fill it all in again - could you fix it please rather than making a hard thing even harder!

    @vefamdamme @mikepayne_5 @BarclaysUK This would be specific to the bank. Absolutely call and find out. There are alternatives from trusted OTC providers (different risk of course to using the banks) and it would get around this issue if it is indeed a hinderance

    @BarclaysUK why can’t I use the app ? It keeps telling I’m offline when I’m not ? I’ve tried logging in and out , I’ve tried turning on and off my phone but it still won’t let me access anything and is saying I’m offline ? Help.
