@BarclaysUK shocking customer service! Changed address now locked out of both banking apps, over an hour on the phone to be told I need to call into branch with ID, I am abroad til May Response from Barclays can't help, no access to your accounts until you call into a branch.

@BarclaysUK I am a premier customer and can’t get through on the phone. Menu options, say what you need 3 times then get told there is a 20min wait. With first direct I’m not premier and i get straight through. Not feeling very premier. Your telephone banking is a disaster.

@BarclaysUK I am an existing mortgage customer, I am trying to remortgage but your surveyor has given my property a £0 valuation. It is a flat in a building >18m with all the remidario work started and paid for by the Housing Association @ukcag

@BarclaysUK my son’s card has stopped working for contactless. How can this be fixed? His school bus doesn’t have the option to insert his card, so he cannot get home unless he has cash, which they don’t like him using

@Barclays @BarclaysUK your mortgage services department is massively incompetent. You have broken both your 5 day tat for work and 2 day tat for complaints - utter, utter shambles..

  • HelenKeighley Helen Keighley (@HelenKeighley) reported

@BarclaysUK is there a problem with your in-app “message us” feature. My app says it’s being serviced, but your website says it’s working fine

  • MannersPR Jacquie RM (@MannersPR) reported

@BarclaysUK Having experienced your reckless attitude to elderly clients in HiSt branch, agog at incompetence of your business service. Pitiful.

@BarclaysUK is the chat on the app down?

@BarclaysUK my ex of over 20yrs has been able to take 25k from my account last week. My documents show that all accounts are in my name, but you say one of my savings pots are in joint names! This is a glaring banking error, your branch say take it to a small claims court!
