@apple and @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp together provide shocking service. Because of an email glitch at their end, I am unable to proceed with an order. Wasted an afternoon getting nowhere. #poorcustomerservice

@BarclaysUK I want to send you a completed 'Permission to Let' form but your website only provides a snail mail address. Is there an email I can send this to please? I have digitally signed the form so it would be very helpful if so.

@BarclaysUK I'm very disappointed that you are getting rid of PINGIT. It was excellent. Don't @me with the corporate bullshit answer. Just to say you have one disappointed customer here.

@BarclaysUK You certainly made mine and many EX-PATS money disappear when Diamond,Varley and Agius ALLOWED Barclays Bank Spain to issue mortgages on ILLEGAL properties in Spain. All my evidence will be sent to your major shareholders of the MOST DISHONEST BANK IN THE WORLD.

@BarclaysUK really poor service today - you told me I had to visit a branch to wire transfer cash - I did this and paid for the privilege - now you are texting me to confirm it is me? I can answer the text so now spending my day on hold as apparently you won’t call me?

  • tisdave itsDave (@tisdave) reported

@BarclaysUK is your app down? I keep getting error code 00002 on accessing, but it says use direct call from inside the app… when I can’t get on.

Kinda makes it hard to open an account @BarclaysUK if your app crashes on the 2nd step every time... and you aren't allowing this service in any other form...
