@Barclays @financialombuds perhaps the various bodies that deal with discrimination of disabled people might like to hear about the public policy @BarclaysUK boasts it uses to help folks who are less able. Cos that's probably a lie as I as a disabled person get ignored, shunned and face a wall of silence!

@BarclaysUK Hi, within the Pay & Transfer option of the app I don’t have the option to pay in a cheque. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app without success. Is this a known problem ?

So, @BarclaysUK when transferring to a new phone your app says "Open your existing app and select ‘Help’ on the home screen" yet my existing app doesn't even have a 'Help screen' how should I proceed?

@AdaptLaw @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK On their website it says you apply to switch to online statements via accessing your account online or App. I'd wait until they contact you on here or in branch.

@BarclaysUK & the worst customer service award goes to…….. 3 attempts, twice ‘mysteriously’ cut off & 3.5 hours of my life I’ll never get back!! Disgrace … surely with all the with all these branches closures you’ve got the ££ to hire more (better) staff?
