@IanDunt And the really crazy thing is the banks that gave him a huge chunk of money do it. Barclays being one, if I was a @BarclaysUK customer I would be asking some serious questions & thinking about changing banks.

@BarclaysUK trying to open a Premier Account but the website tells me I have to use the App, the app doesn't let me do anything beyond my current credit card... the online help is for Apple users only... not feeling the love

@BarclaysUK I have made 3 attempts to call your customer services, each time with a 30-40 min wait, then finally reaching a person only to be cut off when being transferred to another department. Can someone please contact me urgently?

@BarclaysUK I went and drew money out of a @santanderuk cash machine but never got the money! I’m now down on my account and have no money! Can’t get through to anyone and the app doesn’t help at all! Not happy
