    @BarclaysUKHelp Hopefully this helps anyone in a similar situation. Note however that this approach still relies on having access to a phone. Without it, you are out of luck (as was in my case until someone was kind enough to give me an EU socket), & it's this @BarclaysUK need to look into.

    @BarclaysUK I've just joined your bank, however i can't register for online banking as i haven't been sent a certification code via txt and it says error 1334 about my mobile number. Can you help please?

    @BarclaysUK Today I have spent nearly three hours on the phone trying to change an address. Service department have hung up now it is nearly 5pm. I have received the worst service ever from today. Still haven't managed to change the address.

    @BarclaysUK Absolutely fuming at barclays tech pack! I pay £14.50 a month for a non existent service. I started a claim in September which has still not be completed due to their appalling customer service!

    @BarclaysUK I couldn't access my account on the app - it asked me to download the latest version. I did and it won't accept my 5digit code - it keeps returning T1006 error.

    @BarclaysUK Hi, the app keeps crashing in the business invoicing section, even after deleting and re installing again? Is there an issue at the moment?
