@BarclaysUK thanks to Ben at your kendal branch for his ridicule of 3 waiting customers for closing your desk at 1400,. Suppose the sign says closed and your not a stationary store comments belittling customers that have had to travel because of bank closures,. Poor service

Having sat on hold for over 2 hours and STILL not hot through to my @BarclaysUK business team I’ve given up. #pathetic attempt at service and very disappointing. Who would you suggest as a better alternative?

@BarclaysUK also used tried using the outside cash machine at your Keighley branch yesterday, and discovered some of the buttons down the side if the screen don't work. Branch was closed so I couldn't report it.

@BarclaysUK Your customer service is utterly appalling a 55 minute unanswered phone call listening to that music then giving up and going into a vastly understaffed branch for 1 hour 20 minutes and still no answer to a very simple query 26 years time to change #Halifax
