    20 years a @BarclaysUK business client. Oxford city centre branch 1 person foh for queue of ten or more covering 2 jobs. Staff unhelpful. 20 mins hold then. Call dropped. Took close account option- answered in seconds. Less branches/staff/overheads: worse service. Joke.

    @BarclaysUK that's me clearing out my Barclays accounts. You have hardly any high street banks and you now dictate, me, as a customer can only pay in £10k in cash per year into my account!

    Just had a call from @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp . They said they want to talk to me about my account and wanted me to answer security questions. I asked how would would I know he is from @BarclaysUKHel_ and not a Scam. I asked him if he working at home . He said Yes!
