    @RickyMackie @BarclaysUK Given up now. I got through once to customer services after a while then they put me through to fraud. I gave up eventually; tried again but the number is just the same general one. Bloody awful music as well.

    @BarclaysUK WTF IS THE POINT OF THE "unlock you pin" FEATURE AT CASH POINTS if your pin is locked it doesnt let you so its completely useless and only deliberately piss people off. and to make things worth ALL of your resoruces online refuse to give the number i need

    Why do organisations make it almost impossible to speak 2 someone in person? @Barclays seems 2 be offering 7 options to contact them @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp but not one of them by phone. No wonder new banks such as Starling and Monzo are the new way forward. #customerservice

    @BarclaysUK hi I sold something to cex and they sent the money to my old Halifax account which got shut down when I joint you guys a year ago. I tweeted Halifax and they told me to ask my current bank

    Well 2 hours of my time wasted on the app chat to @BarclaysUK to try and resolve a issue, explaining my predicament 5 times to clearly different people who keep asking irrelevant questions, still no resolve

    @BarclaysUK I just spoke to your complaints team. Apparently you can't make a complaint about something not working properly. They've not put me through to the digital help desk, who I just explained it all too, and guess what? They are now transferring me to someone else. Never ending!

    @BarclaysUK Hi, we have a Barclays card machine in our club that currently uses gprs connection. This is sometimes intermittent & we wonder if we had broadband WiFi installed at club if the card reader could connect to that instead? Any help appreciated, Mark
