@BarclaysUK @Barclays the tech pack is truly awful yet again paid for the account for years a claim comes along the timescales are awful with likewize and they use same tactics every time suspend it and ask for more info to buy even more time. Just a sham. Crap service!

On hold with @BarclaysUK over 2hrs. Also on hold to online web chat, after 50 mins, operator initially gave incorrect info then chat become slow and sticky and closed. Does anything work anymore. Maybe just miss a payment then they will be in touch. Jokers.

@BarclaysUK - why don’t you try spending a bit less on sponsoring football, and a bit more on employing staff to answer customer problems? Very, very poor customer service.
