    Anybody else had to wait on @BarclaysUK @Barclays to release a charge on a property? Loan paid off 2 yrs ago! Been nearly 1 week since contacting them to get any positive response! Refinancing being delayed causing cash flow issues !!

    @BarclaysUK Hi Barclays, why have you removed the memorable phrase from the sign on screen to your app and made the whole page look different without any warning. I had to find out about it by googling as I thought my phone had been hacked. It's pretty poor service actually

    @BarclaysUK 2h+ on calls with the support and I still can't get access to my bank account. Almost a year and there's nobody in the whole company that can solve a simple issue. #worstBankEver

    Anyone else having issues with @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I went to my app to check my bank did my Face ID asked for my passcode I did that. It loaded my account then kicked me out and said I’m not registered. I just had to register again!

    @BarclaysUK @Barclays please change your treatment of newly bereaved elderly widows. My mum is bedbound with stage 4 COPD, oxygen dependent, partially blind and was utterly surprised to find my Dad had a joint account with her. But could she access it? Not without several...🧵

    @BarclaysUK I think your Orca ad is terrible! It’s psychologically putting pressure on those living at home to go out and get a mortgage because there’s something wrong with living at home! What a dreadful message to put out! 😡#Familylove

    @BarclaysUK I am overseas and need help with my card urgently. I am unable to call Barclays. Some transactions have been made on my card which I need cleared from Barclays - it’s pending. Please help. I’ve tried live chat, calling & nothing is working.

    Simply astounds me that a corporation as big as @Barclays @BarclaysUK can be so consistently poor when it comes to service. Had a 75k business loan approved over a week ago and still no documents. Our account manager was superb, only to be let down by inexplicable poor admin.
