    @BarclaysUK I need to call you. I go through the app and instead of the usual prompt service I am greeted with pointless options all of which I can do on the app. How am I supposed to get in touch. I didn’t mind the higher bank fees because you were right there

    @BarclaysUK partner has a damaged card. You force people to download and use the app as there are insufficient people working in branch, you can’t phone anyone…he’s downloaded the app and damaged card is not showing yet Inhave this option?
