@BarclaysUK Barclays needs to spend more on its telephone mortgage service than it does on advertising its debit cards. Truly an appalling service. Nearly half an hour trying to get certificates of interest. Hung up in the end.

@BarclaysUK You are no help to a man in his 90's whose card will not work. This man is housebound, cannot hear well on the phone but is by no means mentally impaired. It seems he's failed security, I know he knows his mother's maiden name and DOB. I've filed a complaint

@BarclaysUK is a truly dreadful bank. Essentially NO decent services for anyone without internet access & indeed most account options being unavailable to non-computer users, thereby being intrinsically ageist. Their "advisors" (not an apt description) are also unable to advise!

@BarclaysUK Barclays Absolute joke of a bank. Appalling customer service again. Inconveniencing the customer under the guise of it is in their interest. Closing the accounts as soon as possible and suggest everyone else do the same. #CustomerService

So, @BarclaysUK when transferring to a new phone your app says "Open your existing app and select ‘Help’ on the home screen" yet my existing app doesn't even have a 'Help screen' how should I proceed?
