@BarclaysUK have the worst chat service I’ve come across! Not only have allowed money to be taken from my bank. Their customer service team is shocking. Transfer me to complaints Oh and you’ve guessed it the service isn’t working. #Ionlywantmymoneyback #nocustokerservice

@BarclaysUK Being a customer for more years then I could imagine the rates of paying it back a mth is staggering. Who can afford between £100 & £200 + per mth. Would like an ebike but will pay cash outright.

@BarclaysUK - worst customer service in the world. I now risk buyers withdrawing from house sale because waiting on you to do one simple task. Fed up of waiting on hold 40 plus minutes each time I call to chase you. A task you should’ve done 20 years ago!

@barclaysUK I have been trying for past 2 days to change my address details online - your address finder is not working and if I try and call it is a minimum of 30 minutes wait. On top of that your chat function is down - so basically I have to resort to Twitter to make contact🙄

@weenopod @BarclaysUK literally that’s why I knew I wasn’t calling after seeing the tweets about it. my bf can’t register his online backing app as he previously had a now closed Barclaycard and they’re saying the numbers in use still. Ridiculous, never known a service like it
