    .@BarclaysUK you keep asking me to ring you about KYC details for our church account. But when I call you it’s a two hour wait on the phone! I’m a volunteer…I can’t spend that time. And you only answer Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm. Useless service for which we pay £500 a year.

    @BarclaysUK Hi, I live overseas. I tried to use Online Banking to log into my account and I put in all the right information. I don’t know why it kept showing error. Can you please advise? Also, I want to know Barclays UK’s toll free number in case I want to speak to someone.

    @BarclaysUK She transferred the amount to my Monzo account & I paid it from there. Funnily enough there were no issues with Monzo. Knackered old legacy banks aren't really with it when it comes to 2FA & I should know because I work for one. All shite.

    @BarclaysUK -I've been trying to get you to refund an ERC that you were supposed to return to me in Sept 22. I've called four times and been told the payment is on the way. Two months later it hasn't arrived. I've made a formal complaint which hasn't been dealt with. Please help!

    @BarclaysUK Why ******** do you keep declining my mum's payment to British Gas to pay her electric bill?! They've even tried on the phone & still declines. How ******** is she supposed to pay her bill?! She doesn't do online banking. Ridiculous.

    Why is it so impossible to speak to someone @BarclaysUK had a letter to call and it’s 2hours wait on phone that no one is answering. Tried Apple chat and no one answered that either! How do I make a complaint without phoning?!

    @lesleytitcomb @BarclaysUK I saw someone else tweet something similar the other day, the doomloop continued until they decided to close their account and go elsewhere. Bafflingly bad service.
