    @BarclaysUKHelp @BBCNews can you see the journey @BarclaysUK takes their customer through. 2 years been asking for a phone call and they don't even have the decency to make a courtesy call. Barclays need investigating on how they treat customers

    @BarclaysUK @barclaysUK spent last 6 weeks trying to open a Barclays business account. Told today that I had been turned down, but they did not need to tell me why! Been a customer since 1977! Anyone know a good bank? Furious!

    @BarclaysUK your SubmitIt system isn’t working and I’ve now wasted a whole morning trying to upload items you’ve requested. Not good enough - there needs to be an alternative way to send documents.

    @BarclaysUK I've been in the queue for over an hour to speak to a video banker to open my daughter a bank account. This is the second time I've tried to do this. The first time I had to give up after 30 minutes. This is terrible customer service.

    @BarclaysUK my husband no longer holds current accounts with you but still has a loan, he is trying to pay this off but when he rings call centre they say they can’t give him a settlement figure as he no longer holds a current account? Can anyone help resolve this?

    Anyone working today? @BarclaysUK been try to get an issue sorted out is 8:30am! Now 300 plus employees haven't been paid. This is not good service!!!

    FORGET ABOUT BANKING WITH BARCLAYS @BarclaysUK @Barclays!! Last night I set up their app on my new mobile phone (an app that I’ve used for years) and took me 2h on the phone for them to realise there was an error in their app 1/2

    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK yes I have the app. I don’t want to get sucked into a call centre/online process that takes me nowhere. I only need to know why I was turned down so that I can address that issue. I think that’s only reasonable for a customer of 40 years!
