Trying to get a re mortgage with Barclays @BarclaysUK and Optima Legal @OptimaLegal is one of the worst experiences ever! Dreadful customer service and I can see others are finding the same. We started this in April!! Now about to lose our mortgage offer. Complaints begun..

@BarclaysUK what is going on, had 3 experiences with your telephone banking ‘system’ in recent weeks & all I’ve got was bounced around menus and disinterested agents and put on hold until I gave up. Literally a dystopian case study in how not to do telephone customer service!

@BarclaysUK How is it that you make profits of £8.4b but cannot staff call centres to a level where wait times are under 2 hours and you still get cut off half way through a call? It's unacceptable customer service.
