    @BarclaysUK I live abroad. My debit card has expired since May 2021. I am unable to use PINS ENTRY. I have tried to ring Barclays. The automated service keeps asking for my credit card number which I do not have. When I enter my debit card details, it is not recognised.

    @BarclaysUK Hi, I tried to chat with you on several occasions but got an error message each time. My father is paying inordinate fees for a business account that he gets no benifit from. He wishes to close the account please.

    @BarclaysUK I was trying the chat feature over summer 2020 so I assumed the service was down due to large volume of bounce back loans taking precedence. He is not set up for telephone banking so trying to sort this out on his behalf.

    @BarclaysUK Trying to open a new account. Waited over an hour on 6 separate occasions on video calling app. Disconnected when I reach the top each time. Went to branch today & told 5 weeks wait for an appt. so fed up. Utterly fed up. Pls help.

    Trying to think charitable thoughts (we are a charity) about @BarclaysUK Been trying to get an issue sorted since February, wasted hundreds of hours on phone calls, sent 4 lots of forms, listened to 7 or 8 wonderful, plausible explanations, waited for 2 managers to ring. Stuck!
