  @uklottoservice When a customer asks you to cancel as she didn't want to join as it was accidental as she mistook your site for the actual national lottery site, why do you think you can tell her "no" she can't cancel. I'm going to be contacting @BarclaysUK about this.

  An odd day as I am leaving @BarclaysUK after 40 years. Their individual service has consistently got worse. There are no individual managers any more even for people who put lots of money through their accounts. Last straw: removal of automatic sweeps from current to savings. 1/2

  @BarclaysUK - HATE this bank now! Gone digital everywhere and cannot go into a bank to change a bank note to coins. HATE it. Get rid of this CEO! Bring someone who understands UK needs! Prefer @Metrobank where get happy face to face service. Opened a/c with them now. Transfer. UK

  @BarclaysUK the mobile app chat function is disgraceful, your customer service has really gone down in quality. The chat used to be valuable and now I'm going in circles with your incredibly useless bot, what are you doing to do about it?
