    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK shutting down secure messaging in online banking is the most regressive customer service strategy I can think of. I’ve spent about 45 mins this week on “chat” and then 1.25h on phone hold before giving up; all to update my address. Dreadful.

    @BarclaysUK received a letter yesterday saying my local branch is closing after a drop in those coming into branch for the last 2 years. Last year was lockdown. branch only operated between 10-1 (now 9:30-1). No consultation. As a customer where is your impact assessment

    @BarclaysUK Trying to make a tech pack claim via Brightstar. You haven’t told us all devices have to be reregistered along with proof of purchase. Their website is saying it may take up to 3 days before device is registered and I can lodge my claim - terrible customer service

    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK still no resolve, costing us over £3k in a failed sale & purchase. 4 months you’ve known about the ground rent, perhaps they should call the £2 a month diff ‘service charge’ as it then wouldn’t count! (We have £0 service charge) saving £1200+ yearly!
