Because you’ve shut wednesbury and bilston I drive 10 miles to West Bromwich to find that it’s shut on Wednesday???? So another 7 miles to Walsall and no counter service and one machine open!!!!

It's pretty duplicitious to say counter transactions are down in the pandemic when you wouldn't let most people in, and then use that as an excuse to close my local branch.
