@BcardBusiness @BarclaysUK @BarclaysBizChat what an absolute joke. Because you’ve shut wednesbury and bilston I drive 10 miles to West Bromwich to find that it’s shut on Wednesday???? So another 7 miles to Walsall and no counter service and one machine open!!!!

@BarclaysUK possibly the most critical time for you to be accessible to UK customers and it's impossible to get through on the phone (over 90 minutes), via your chatbot (just times out) and your text facility (just plain doesn't work). Really poor.

I am still trapped in @BarclaysUK #avios scheme - a technical issue means I can’t leave the scheme. They just keep refunding my fee but that’s really not the point. @BarclaysUKHelp are lovely and I feel we’re friends now but they can’t do anything. @FSCS haven’t really helped. 🤯

@Barclays @BarclaysUK literally everytime I need to do something or access 'help' I'm reassured that my decision to switch is 100% the right one! Not to mention the fact that you put up mortgage rates within minutes yet savings rates remain unbelievably low!

@BarclaysUK worst customer service. I have transferred a large amount that never got to the recipient and Barclays can't do anything about it. Not the first time I had issues with them - after 10 years is time I look at another bank.
