  @BcardBusiness @BarclaysUK @BarclaysBizChat what an absolute joke. Because you’ve shut wednesbury and bilston I drive 10 miles to West Bromwich to find that it’s shut on Wednesday???? So another 7 miles to Walsall and no counter service and one machine open!!!!

  After 70 years of banking with @BarclaysUK my elderly mum is moving her banking elsewhere. She’s fed up being in floods of tears trying to make telephone banking work. As a bank you are a disgrace. I don’t believe you are much worse than the other showers of **** but here we are.

  @BarclaysUK so you changed the system and sent me a membership number to use Barclays internet banking instead of the Barclaycard site. Didn’t work. Spent an hour on the phone supposedly sorted. No. And now my phone app isn’t working and have deleted and downloaded it three times

  Had a bank account with @Barclays since I was 16. Today they rejected a payment to someone because they were satisfied. Guess what I’m a grown man. I won’t be held hostage by @BarclaysUK closing my account down!!!!!!

  Hello @BarclaysUK your new app update sucks. You can no longer see what your balance was after each transaction. You make it almost impossible for customers to send feedback, so sending a message here.

  @BarclaysUK Hi Barclays, just to advise that the 'Future Payments' function, accessed via the Pay and transfer > Managed scheduled payments menu on Online Banking appears not to be working at the moment. The link seems to be broken.
