@BarclaysUK after banking with you guys for nearly 30 years its really got to that point where your customer service is so bad that think its time to re-evaluate my options.. Its unsustainable to run a small business with a bank where you cant speak to anyone

@MortgageSusanne @BarclaysUK Have they changed their policy? Their website still states “up to 90 days before” and the rate switch button isn’t visible on the portal

@148SJ @BarclaysUK @Barclaycard The world was far better when you phoned someone and a real person answered. Now everything's done on the cheap under the mantra of 'an improved customer experience' or some other nonsensical banner. And no, it's not just Barclays.

@Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp further to my email and calls I am being asked to call complaints to be told that they can’t help because it’s not their case and my complaint handler is on holiday and I can’t speak to their manager! Unacceptable, very poor service!!

Been trying to resolve an issue with @BarclaysUK for Months. Nothing. Well it's been 3 months since there last letter, so according to the ombudsman we're entitled to any losses we may incur due to there hesitancy in the matter. I won't hold my breath though,
