  And @BarclaysUK it’s kind of ridiculous that you’re sending letters as important as Help to Buy closure statements 2nd Class @RoyalMail, not tracked or anything. Could be lying at the bottom of the depot among millions of other letters for all we know.

  @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK I went into a branch today to open an ISA (I'm currently not a customer), no one could see me until the middle of March. Called your help line to try to make an earlier appointment at any branch within a 10 mile radius only to be told its a 20 min wait,I gave up. No ISA opened.

  NOT impressed @Barclays @BarclaysUK - just spent an hour on hold to finally get through to someone and then get cut off! Nobody took my phone number to call me back. No reply to tweet from @BarclaysUKHelp either. Really poor service for a lifelong customer with an urgent query.

  @HSBC_UK got suddenly locked out from my online banking. Went through all the verification question to be told my app is blocked. What a disgrace! You force us to use the app but we cannot use it. #hsbconline #unhappycustomer @BarclaysUK you’ve won a new customer !

  @BarclaysUKHelp Either access is there for all or it's discrimination, according to @DisRightsUK which is it @BarclaysUK ? It's made worse, the fact I've been asking for 10yrs + was told Barclays does not use email, can't make electronic files, can't provide the information in way I can use it
