@BarclaysUK awful service, travel pack plus paid for for years. Car with a flat on the dual carriageway and RAC never set up and it takes 48 hours! Useful when we are sitting on the side of the road! What have we been paying for? Time to swap banks!

@BarclaysUK what is going on? Customer service is dreadful. Left on hold for half an hour -had to give up. Haven’t been able to get on my mobile banking app for days. Just keeps showing the go paperless page but not able to click go fully paperless or other option.

@BarclaysUK @Barclays really disappointed at having to waste hours trying to switch mortgage due to misinformation and inappropriate appointment being booked. Have been premier customer for almost 20 years and the service has deteriorated drastically! Extremely poor.
