@BarclaysUK shocking customer service and mortgage department ******* in bureaucracy. Queries and emails not responded to in weeks, despite SLAs being promised. House sale chain completely collapsed due to complete incompetence. Use @Barclays at your own risk. @BarclaysUKHelp

@BarclaysUK Here's my pronouns - move/bank. Why not do banking properly and impress customers with your service, rather than pandering to the 0.01% who give a s**t about pronouns? Truly pathetic.

@carolinefff @BarclaysUK At what point did it become acceptable for service providers to tell customers what to believe and how they’re expected to act? “Treat our staff with respect and don’t break the law,” for example is totally fine. But, “subscribe to my ideology and do as you’re told?” F*** Off!

@BarclaysUK Can you please concentrate on providing good customer service, keeping branches open in the community, offering good affordable rates for loans and a decent rate of interest for savers? After all, you're a bank!

@carolinefff @BarclaysUK Barclays, I am a customer of yours and a *******. I cannot believe you have just told me that men can be ********. I will move my account in the morning. Such homophobia. I have been a customer since the 1980’s, but no more.

@carolinefff @BarclaysUK WISE UP. It's a cynical corporate marketing ploy by a company with at best a chequered ethical history. STAND UP. To attempts to gaslight you into thinking they give a **** about anything but their bottom line. SHOW UP. To let them know you won't be intimidated into compliance.
