    @BarclaysUK error code on app RG21K, says I need to produce ID, can't access the app, had an account over 15yrs been using app for years, this is inconvenient, have to wait till the weekend before I can get to a branch due to their opening hours. Why have I got this error code?

    I would say I had a good start to the week. but I had to go in to my local @BarclaysUK so it was comprehensively ****. If a bank refuses to have actual human cashiers, forcing everyone to wait for well over 30 mins, maybe they should pay for their customers parking?

    @VeteransGovUK @JohnnyMercerUK @BarclaysUK Stop wasting money on reports and get some dam work done, try watching and listening to those that work with these veterans and hear what we are told what help they need, so far all I see is lots of words and very little action, each time I’m a little bit more disappointed

    @BarclaysUK I think feedback is important and I would like to highlight a shortcoming with the Barclays App. I receive cheques off an old relative, but your app is terrible at scanning cheques. Even though I aim correctly, the images taken look lopsided and are always rejected.

    Quite unbelievable that I am still waiting for @BarclaysUK to even acknowledge my complaint that they received on the 5th of November 2022. According to the Barclays website "we aim to contact you within 24 hours." I have now referred my complaint to the Ombudsman

    @BarclaysUK Husband trying to log in to his Barclays app as usual, but getting error message RG21K ("we don't have enough info to complete your registration"). Tried both fingerprint and password login.
