    @MartinSLewis Got your newsletter this week & thought I'd switch my bank to @BarclaysUK for the free £175. Downloaded their app to find it couldn't verify me & to make appt at a branch. Earliest is August 19th!! Think I'll stick with @LloydsBank who had no problem verifying me.

    @BarclaysUK chat support in the app just been horrendous recently. Whenever I try to connect with a human the AI chatbot seems to ask a few questions then assume stupid requests and end it with - we can’t connect you with someone at the moment.

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUK OUTRAGED! How my 76 yr old mum has been treated by staff. With severe mobility issues - spent the whole morning going to a branch to be told they had no appointments - is this how you treat clients who have banked with you for over 50 years?
