They don't say up front forget anyone at a call centre taking your call promptly. They don't tell you that you can cook a 3 course meal whilst waiting for your call to be answered

mandy (@mimimand) reported@BarclaysUK disgusted to find I’ve paid £14.50 a month for years for tech pack to be let down with my screen replacement. My phone now notifies me I have an unknown part and the screen is dark & unable to see phone outside! Technician said it would disable some features 👎

Have you considered lowering your overdraft limit?" If I've accessed my overdraft it's for a reason, or should I sit in the dark with no lights on?
