    @BarclaysUK shocking customer service. Why can't we speak to a real human who doesn't disconnect us. Been on online chat for probably 45 minutes today and still no further forward. No one is talking

    Well done to @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK who after asking me to take my msgs to DM & I explained that my phone calls to Bereavement Support were cut off & had 2 hour waiting times. They again referred me to same Dept using same Tel No & waiting times with NO offer to call me back
