@StanDMan_BTFD @BarclaysUK They got resumed a few weeks later. I’ve made deposits from Binance to my bank account a few times since, last time being as recent as 10 days ago. The service has been suspended recently, just not communicated properly

Tried to open a bank account for my 13YO son @BarclaysUK yesterday, really poor customer service- was told basically that as I don’t bank with them that’s it’s difficult to open an account, felt like we were fobbed off and it was in the too difficult to do box #disappointed

@BarclaysUK Why has my wife's credit card been declined 4 times in the last 24 hours, despite us talking to support at length this morning? They assured us that there was no problem. Calling from Greece has cost several Euros, because of the waiting time.

@BarclaysUK getting help is hopeless. No phone support and instead you force me to use the chat feature in the app. Everytime I open the chat window on Android it crashes. What's the point?

@BarclaysUK sort out your abysmal customer service(?) A morning wasted on getting an answer to a simple question. The chat facility was useless (unhelpful generic responses) & the tel banking service was no better...40 mins on hold? Customer for 35 years+...not impressed.
