    @HalifaxBank pretty poor message service on you App! I asked a question FIVE hours ago, U didn’t get anyone to respond so closed down my question. Yet @BarclaysUK answered my App Message by a human in Seconds!! #Halifax if you’re closing branches improve your app human service!

    If you bank with @BarclaysUK then I suggest like me you consider moving your money somewhere else. I’ve been trying to get a problem sorted out now for nearly three days and guess what? Not resolved yet

    @BarclaysUK New terms and conditions opening the app on Apple iPhone does not show accept/decline option so cannot clear page to access account. Works on android, not Apple.

    @BarclaysUK Guys. There's a problem with the way payments to Lloyds credit cards are showing in mobile banking. Random narratives of "American Express" a "Create" are appearing. Even though the payment is made to a Lloyds credit card. This can be quite confusing on statements.

    @BarclaysUK I contacted Barclays to repay an old loan of £5k. I do not have an account or sort code. I said can you use my name, address, DOB,to identify me. He said I need the ac + sort code or I can’t help you. I said “do you want your money or not” Get stuffed Barclays 😡
