    Hey @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp your chat function on the app is extremely frustrating but what’s worse is going through multiple menus on phone banking to try and speak to a human to solve the issue, only to be forced back to using the useless app chat. Please help!!!

    @BarclaysUK I do hope the government clamps down on companies that don’t answer calls within 10 minutes because Barclays will definitely be front runners for big fines

    Dear @BarclaysUK can someone in your insurance department please get your finger out because you've owed me nearly £400 for a month and I've been getting messed around by the worst customer service team I've ever experienced. Disgrace.

    My local @BarclaysUK doesn't have an appointment to open a joint account until August! So have to travel 2 towns over. Yet again, @BarclaysUKHelp face-to-face customer service is terrible. Bet they shut the Redditch branch soon and old people are left to fend for themselves.

    It is very bad for your customers to find it difficult to communicate or get through to a business customer service agent.. very very poor service here in york @BarclaysUK

    @BarclaysUK Help. My app is not working. I enter my passcode then I get "establishing Id" "loading accounts" "logging in" and it takes me back to entering my passcode again and so ad infinitum. What is going wrong?

    @BarclaysUK I have lost my registered mobile number used for online banking. How can I change it seeing that the login process request to send the code to the lost number. Hence I can't log in to my account. Please help.

    @BarclaysUK Yes, I'm given the option to log in via PIN sentry, but I don't have the device. I normally use Membership no, passcode, Mem word. I've passed those stages and they want to send verification code to lost no. That's where I'm stuck. How can I update my new no. so I can login?
