    @BarclaysUK When you're call handler ask me if I want to talk about personal problems,I asked him if he had any he wants to talk about with me back ....he was offended,I explained how rude that question was,to which he replied oh let's move on,condescending bastard

    @connorcatchmall @BarclaysUK They already have terrible wait times when you call. They should focus on that first. If service was good already then by all means look at other things, just get the basics right first.
