  @BarclaysUK because I live in France you have closed my accounts a few days ago. I transferred the balance to a bank in France and they now want a copy of my last Barclays statement but you’ve closed my on line access and I cannot download a statement. How do I get a statement?

  Going to uninstall the @BarclaysUK Android app. Plenty of funds but payment declined three times and no advice in the app as to why. Felt like a right *** putting the shopping back. NO Barclays customer service on a Sunday. Would not recommend. Looking for a new bank.

I’m only calling because you threatened to restrict my account if I don’t return a form you HAVEN’T SENT and I can’t access it online. INCOMPETENT IDIOTS!!!!

  @BarclaysUK trying to get hold of someone in your mandate team. Can’t use email. Mandate team isn’t available on the chat option. Only thing is a direct phone number. Which no-one answers. So what do you expect customers to do? Terrible service for a business account.

  @BarclaysUK can you help. I have new offset mortgage with you. I have paper statements in front of me & want to use offset. Have tried 5 times to register online & app banking. Get so far then it says can’t. Spent 1hr on call with you yesterday still no joy. Not a great start

  Terrible customer service from Barclays Business. Have spent a total of 7 hours this week alone trying to get through in response to their emails, texts and messages asking me to contact them for more information. @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp #badservice

  Had a letter from @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp today regarding a charity account I am involved with saying I need to ring in the next 10 working days. I rang the number and there is a 2 hour wait to speak to someone! This kind of customer service is appalling.
