@BarclaysUK I have 2x payments towards my Barclaycard. Obviously I only wanted to pay 1. Called the Customer Service number to recall the payment and got placed into a telephonic whirl pool then the call disconnected! A robot advised to use the chat facility with no response!

@theeubrit @BarclaysUK Utter madness. Must be a glitch no one knows. Utter chaos with Barclays. I’m apparently not the only one. You can’t even get through to the call centre over 20 mins wait. I’m not surprised.

@BarclaysUK your service is awful. Trying to make a payment to a solicitor on your app but has been rejected. Now on hold for 30 minutes and no answer. Cannot wait to leave Barclays asap.
