Yes I know you can ask for a high visibility card but who on earth commissioned a BLACK card that sits in BLACK wallets and purses. Good luck finding it in a dark pub or club if you drop it.   @BarclaysUK can you please confirm when I can speak to a human on the app chat? It has been down for weeks and I need to close a fixed savings accunt that you automaticaly set up without my authorisation at the maturity i of a previous fixed term savings account.

  @BarclaysUK Shocking service. My mother-in-law has twice requested a new Barclays card - she lives overseas. Allegedly 2 have been posted out, but they have not been received. You refuse to send via courier at OUR cost. You refuse to allow her grandson to collect it in a branch
