    @BarclaysUK since when do you have you not cash over the counter after 2 pm. There is nothing in my local branch that says so. Very poor service.

    @BarclaysUK If @BarclaysUK had any concern for their customers they’d stop wasting money on frivolous promotion and start investing in customer service staff to address their 11 hour waits. I only wish I was joking. And don’t say that’s exceptional. It is not. Don’t lie.

    @BarclaysUK I hate your customer service understanding @Barclays I have been trying to get a statement for almost three weeks and at least I talked with 10 different people. Exhausting frustration!

    @BarclaysUK Could you please direct me to branch open on Saturday which will receive a cheque above the online limit. Oundle, Corby and Kettering are not open on the days I have been. Oundle has incorrect opening hours posted outside. This is really poor service.

    @BarclaysUK you promised to reply today, have you heard back from court orders team whether they can reply to third party debt order, or pass on to branch with sort code 20-97-40? Is nobody able to help even though @BarclaysUK missed court deadline?!

    @BarclaysUK hello, why do you only offer travel insurance that seems tailored for drivers? What about those that do not need RAC cover? Not the right way to support/promote environmentally friendly travel. Have I missed something?

    Brilliant customer service on the @BarclaysUK video call support today. First time I’ve used the video call system but I’d definitely do it again, really simple to connect and an efficient and trustworthy service.
