  @BarclaysUK I would like to report a scam. A representative pretending they were from Debenhams convinced me to open a Lemfi account to obtain a refund, but I've since discovered they are fake. Is there a way I can get it back and block them?

  @Barclays @BarclaysUK "We are working to improve our telephone banking systems" - Barclays Telephone banking automated voice. I never see it improve. It only ever gets worse. This has been the case for the past 25 years.

Yes I know you can ask for a high visibility card but who on earth commissioned a BLACK card that sits in BLACK wallets and purses. Good luck finding it in a dark pub or club if you drop it.   @BarclaysUK @BarclaysNews Board oversight matters. A titanium screw snapped after 8 months. I paid £2,000 under protest. @Barclaycard refuse my Section 75 claim using legally incorrect reasoning. Their own final response admits service failures. This deserves scrutiny.
