@BarclaysUK since when do you have you not cash over the counter after 2 pm. There is nothing in my local branch that says so. Very poor service.

@BarclaysUK 3) what did she do, put me through to India who could not understand and she cut me off. Tried to speak to Jess again and she finished work at 3pm and said she would call me Monday. Fat lot of good! Rubbish service. Ended up buying laptop on debit card. Waste of time

@BarclaysUK Opening a bank account in Ely Cambs is taking a full month, still mobile app is not working. 4 visits to local branch so far. By default you open 2 accounts? (1 closed now) Each time you had made copies of same sensitive personal docs, are you destroying them?

Hey @BarclaysUK, I'm a customer and I need to talk to you. But how? Secure messaging via online banking was discontinued. I can't use your app without an UK mobile number. I would like to not pay international call fees to wait in your hotline. Help?
