@BarclaysUK Tell you what is a big deal to most of your customers. Being able to get someone to talk to you quickly and resolve your issues when you call. Perhaps a focus on that because that is a big deal.

  • GeishaLee2 Jie Hyun Lee (@GeishaLee2) reported

@BarclaysUK This tweet has gone down well. Perhaps you should stick to banking.

  • CarlBrownisback Carl Brown (@CarlBrownisback) reported

@BarclaysUK I'm a @Barclays customer and I am closing my account due to this nonsense. Also First Direct are offering £125 to switch but this has pushed me to move.

  • happykerching The Admirals View. News and all things topical! . (@happykerching) reported

@BarclaysUK Patronizing bullshit! CONCENTRATE on banking, smaller ques, less hanging around, faster, better service. Have you ever talked to a bank manager or loan supervisor from Barclays when late on a loan or mortgage payment, I haven't but I bet a tenner there is some passive aggression

@BarclaysUK Hey @BarclaysUK from a long-standing customer. Here are my new pronouns: Lloyds/HSBC. Seriously, focus on your core banking please !

  • KC00085 Kelly Fuis Cklam #IStandWithIsrael (@KC00085) reported

@BarclaysUK I learnt yesterday you are closing my local branch this year. Well, with this nonsense I have no problem saying good riddance. It's a good time to switch anyway with incentives being offered by certain banks.

  • JJculvers JC (@JJculvers) reported

@LozzaFox Presumably @BarclaysUK would support us asking their staff at every interaction if they are a he or a she? Or indeed something in between. Perhaps this is how they want us to behave?
