    @BarclaysUK sending replacement cards out second class postage, tells you everything you need to know about the bank and what they feel about customer needs.

    @BarclaysUK has the WORST customer service EVER! Why make is impossible to speak to a human being?? Their stupid automated system sends you round in circles, only to then tell you to use the "chat" in the app with a 1 min wait time. 15 mins later NOTHING!!
