@BarclaysUK Barclays Branch Knowle SOLIHULL I went to your branch today to complete an urgent banking matter at 2.30pm to find the doors locked ! A notice said that you now close at 2pm !! How does this fit with you promising to help ? Do you not want business anymore ?

@BarclaysUKHelp Thank you. I did log a complaint by letter. I was then sent a text. To reply to said text would have charged my mobile phone account. Again, poor service from @BarclaysUK I would at least have expected a phone call if not a letter. Disappointing
