@BarclaysUK I opened a premier account on Wednesday, now I can't access the app at all (error 00002). Restarted, the app is up-to-date and everything else works fine.

@BarclaysUK your Rye Lane branch was really not great today. 30 min wait for statement printing machines to be fixed. And cashier refused to allow paying in cash at counter. Some of your customers may be dyslexic/or have other issues & may find it difficult to use the machines.

@BarclaysUK So the offshore curse strikes again - when are companies such as @barclays going to realise offshoring to save a few quid decimates the customer satisfaction ratings ? Absolute torture trying to get anything resolved via offshore support!

@BarclaysUK so your online messaging app is awful, and your phone service even worse. Trying to pay off my overdraft after switching accounts, and the latest advice I got was to go into a bank with the cash! Been trying for a month to pay it off

@BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK @Barclays why when phone cuts off the customer service team never call back after 30mins waiting to speak to someone verify your name, phone number and address for them to cut off time & time again and not have the decency to call back

@BarclaysUK 'change email' in banking app settings not working, also can't send a 'suggestion' as it won't get past 'add name'.. I put my name in and it won't verify and go to 'send'.

@BarclaysUKHelp absolutely shocking customer service from Barclays spent over a hour on the phone trying to speak to someone!! Gave up on the end got sick of listening the the most horrific music that I’m sure they play on purpose so people have the phone up!!! #barclaysuk
