    Trying to contact @BarclaysUK to order a statement is like pulling teeth. Over an hours wait on the phone banking to actually speak to someone, fewer branches as they were all closed down, and the statements in my app are no good for the solicitors apparently...

    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK My teen got a new device and tried to register on the app again but it comes up with error RP029 saying she’s registered the max amount of times which I believe is 6. She only got the app for the 1st time this year, there’s no way she’s had 6 devices!

    Just rang @LloydsBank customer service. They was a 30 minute queue so I was asked to leave my name and number so a customer service chap can ring me back when I reach the top of the queue. Sensible approach. @BarclaysUK you should learn from this.
