Back home and AGAIN having to phone @BarclaysUK about another erroneous @PayPalUK payment. Every ******* Saturday I waste an hour sorting out this ****. Gets refunded and STILL gets taken. Bank recommendations anyone?

walked 2km to the open but not counter today @BarclaysUK to get a cheque deposit envelope so I can walk out again, down the road to a post office to pay in a cheque. "we don't have those, we have to order them in" days Barclays staff. so now walking the 2km home again.

@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I called in bang on 7am which is your ‘most quietest time’. Told the wait is 5-10mins and 45mins later guess what… I’m STILL on hold! A silly admin error on your side has now cost me over £2000. Terrible customer service!
