    @BarclaysUK it’s impossible to verify my business details (for a community account). You haven’t told me what info you need, I work full-time Monday to Friday and your office are are 9-5 Monday-Friday. I’ve currently been on hold for 50 minutes!

    @BarclaysUK you are utterly useless! Trying to register for the banking app but I’ve discovered you have my incorrect DOB and have had to go in branch to sort this. Did this last week, apparently it was sorted. Tried to register again, still the same issue.

    I learnt today that @BarclaysUK don't deal with change anymore, and apparently haven't for the last 5-6yrs. Teller had to deposit my cash so I could withdraw it in the denominations I needed. Bonkers! #wtf

    @BarclaysUK Today, my Barclaycard App on my Android phone, stopped working, so I deleted it and tried to re-install it. Re-setting this up has been so painful that I have given up. Ridiculous! I am lucky that I can still access my account via the App on my iPad.
