    @BarclaysUK My husband just sent an email to Matt Hammerstein about the appalling service he has had from Barclays . 52 years of being with the bank ,they can not even be bothered to deal with his request - 10 conversations on chat line , 3 1/2 hours on telephone. No result

    Every time I have to interact with customer service from a legacy bank like @Barclays @BarclaysUK I understand why these banks are always at the bottom of every consumer satisfaction survey. 11 years as a customer.I’ll keep my business with them to the minimum until I unplug them

    Absolutely terrible experience trying to sign up for @BarclaysUK using their app πŸ‘Ž Multiple crashes, questions that didn't make sense (wants montly net salary after noting I'm self-employed). I selected free account and then at the end it only offers a Β£20/month fee account πŸ™…

    Is anyone else fed up with being passed from pillar to post and not getting any answers or good customer service? I've spent a month and hours of phone calls with a company called Reassure that was sold my policy from @BarclaysUK I'm resorting to twitter now πŸ˜•

    @jonhoneyball @BarclaysUK I've been with Barclays since 1978 and always found them to be excellent. Recently dealing with their executive team they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I often use Metro bank to deposit cash.
