@rubyeyelashes @HSBC_UK @BarclaysUK Yes, shockingly bad customer service. I have been with them for about 30 years as well. Moving to Barclays.

  • official_JKyle Kyle Johnson (@official_JKyle) reported

@BarclaysUK currently been sat down in your Hounslow branch for a good hour now and all your staff do is walk around, chat to each other and play on their phones. They are not actively looking to see people and this is vile and disgusting. All I want to do is verify my ID.

@lovely_JaYoung @BarclaysUK Hi, it might help to Google ‘Resolver’ and also ‘Which?’ for help. I’ve had help via both in times of utter nonsense. Barclay’s rubbish customer service isn’t personal just inept. I’m looking to switch from them after decades! 🙄

  • trart kate fynes (@trart) reported

@BarclaysUK mistakenly cancelled our mortgage and live chat is now advising 5 w/d to rectify their own error. Set to lose house purchase COB today - I need to speak to a real life human. @BarclaysUKHelp please reach out, I am desperate.

@lspcrendering @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp What goes around at long last now looks as if it is coming around. It is to be hoped custodial sentences are handed down to those who have perjured themselves as a warning to others.
