    @Barclays @BarclaysUK "We are working to improve our telephone banking systems" - Barclays Telephone banking automated voice. I never see it improve. It only ever gets worse. This has been the case for the past 25 years.

    @DamonMinchella @BarclaysUK Would you believe me? When I first came to London, I didn't have a credit card..it was quite an adventure! I would support that immediately I'm not a customer there and never will be. Good Luck for the Coming Concert! I wish I could come! What you accomplish on stage is gigantic!

    @BarclaysUK hello. My account was closed and I need an Ivan number to claim back my frozen assets, but South Africa (my bank acct) does not use IBAN, and I have to complete this field on the form. I am stuck and need my money. Please help.

    Be warned if planning to switch to @BarclaysUK. They will not give you access to your money 'for up to 4 days', don't generate a card automatically (I needed to request one from CS), don't allow you to log into your account online (need pin sentry which is unavailable).

    @BarclaysUK so you changed the system and sent me a membership number to use Barclays internet banking instead of the Barclaycard site. Didn’t work. Spent an hour on the phone supposedly sorted. No. And now my phone app isn’t working and have deleted and downloaded it three times
