    Got an appointment with @VernonStockport later about a 3.3% interest '35 Day Notice Account'. All very grown up. Done in with getting 0.01% or whatever it is on my @BarclaysUK E-Saver & Instant Access ISA.

    Why when I confirmed 2 fraudulent transactions with you, did @Barclays say they would stop this money leaving my acc & then still processed these payments the same day? I’m a student & this £600 has completely wiped out my savings! No help from @BarclaysUK customer support!

    Just visited the @BarclaysUK branch in St. Albans for a counter service only to find they close it at 2pm. Walked into bank next door, opened new account, and deposited foreign currency cheque in under 15 minutes. The benefits of a 28 year banking relationship are basically zero.
