    @BarclaysUK are driving me mad. Locked out of account twice in two days and stupid automated phone system does not help my anger and frustration

    @stockfastuk @BarclaysUK I tried calling..was on hold 6 hours, so then I tried the app, they told me to call the same darn number! So finally I went to the local branch today .. they spent over one hour on the phone helping me and finally the problems were solved! Thankfully! Whoopee!

    @BarclaysUK can you please explain why my transfer from my Barclays help to buy ISA was declined? I have only been told the numbers don't add up, but without an explanation I can't fix it! Spoken to 6 people today and no one can help! Terrible customer service

    @BarclaysUK why do you not offer a counter service at weekends, and only with reduced hours in the week? Itreally is no woner branches are closing.

    @JasmineMouldin1 @BarclaysUK I have had exactly the same problem. Thanks for confirming that the 2 hour drop is a programmed Barclays action, I wasn't sure it is was just bad luck for me. They don't mention they will drop your call when they ask you to hold for more than 2 hours!

    I tried to transfer my Help to Buy ISA over a month ago and I have spent hours back and forth between @BarclaysUK and @HalifaxBank trying to resolve the issue. Both sides say it is the other's fault it's like working with bickering children. Neither backs down.

    @BarclaysUKHelp @Barclays @BarclaysUK Is there something wrong with your online banking system this morning??? 4 attempts I’ve made to log in and at first it was just hanging on and I came out of it and then the next three times kept saying “error” and I’m not logged on????

    I connected to @BarclaysUK chat for a very simple issue bec they FORCE you to go to chat, blaming covid&volume of the work. it has been AN HOUR Im still waiting to solve the issue on the chat! This is BS. An international bank must set up a proper customer service!!

    @lesleytitcomb @BarclaysUK Same problem here. Tried on Monday - 2 hour wait. Went into branch on Tuesday - we do not have business bankers. Now in another 2 hour queue!
