  @BarclaysUKHelp After being on the phone for over an hour asking to speak to a manager on several occasions @BarclaysUK keep telling me 'x icant reach one at the minute,when I asked how many managers are live, I was told 4 .... 4 managers and not knew could assist ...poor customer service.

  @BarclaysUK Hi Barclays, I've been into branch today trying to use counter services. I work in the week, 8-4.30/5. Can you advise how people in my situation get around this problem? Counted at least 15 customers who also came into branch needing the same service 🤷

  @BarclaysUKHelp I've been on the phone for over 60 min to and advisor explaining everything ...listen to the recordings, if you really want to help....don't ask the customer to re explain it again ...you have what you asking for already @BarclaysUK

  @BarclaysUK - days of waiting to speak to someone. Nearly an hour wait today on phone and still no luck. Very bad service at the moment.
