    Quick update - @BarclaysUK official advice for a problem they caused is โ€œgo to the British embassyโ€ No access to bank accounts. No access to money. Stuck in foreign countries.

    @BarclaysUK the card reader my elderly mother in law uses doesnโ€™t work anymore. My father in law asked the local branch to help & they just sent him away telling him to fit new batteries. Not ideal considering a tiny screw needs removing etc. Any chance of you sending a new one?

    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK do you enjoy running a fraudulent racket with your tech pack insurance in your name? Where you take peoples phones and replace them with another broken handset? Or where you donโ€™t replace phones at all? Being a customer is like being a sadomasochist

    @darkshinelight0 @BarclaysUK Wouldnโ€™t recommend. Half the people Iโ€™ve spoken to have been very sympathetic. Which is nice, but doesnโ€™t help at all.

    @BarclaysUK your mobile phone insurance with likewise is horrific. So difficult to access organise. Constant excuses and letdowns
