    @BarclaysUK absolutely disgusted with your customer services; upgraded my phone, cannot access banking app, cannot access online banking, on hold for customer services for 30 mins and then get cut off, no way to raise a complaint by email or online without logging in! HELP!!!!!!!

    According to @BarclaysUK, being able to pay-in cash is not a necessary feature of a bank branch. You need to search for one amongst the few remaining branches which actually can do it. They recommend using the post office! This is a public service announcement.

    Need to open an account for my boy. Did the silly thing and went into a @BarclaysUK branch expecting help. Oh no. They can only help me on 19th September. Have to video call. 48th in the queue down to one and they cut me off. I wonder why high street banks are struggling.

    Trying to contact @BarclaysUK by phone is a nightmare. Say what your call’s about, press this, press that. 10 minutes of this nonsense only to be told the wait time is 40 minutes. What a shambolic service.

    @U2justmeKT @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I agree. The service is so poor. Outdated tech systems that cost clients money. I've had 10 years of promises (lies) telling me they're upgrading yet here we are, another €30 phone call.

    @BarclaysUK what's the best of contacting you regarding my account in your bank? I don't have the login details, I am not sure I cancelled my account back in 2016 and I keep receiving monthly statements. How can I close it once and for all?
