@BarclaysUK never had issues with mobile app until suddenly today with this error. Online banking on desktop browser works no problem. So clearly this isn’t a situation you need to see me in person! Phone rep says it’s due to my new mobile device. I’ve used it for 2+ weeks now!!

@Barclays @BarclaysUK Shame you’re not the ‘banking partner’ for your day to day customers. Apparently I can only shop online now if I validate a transaction via your app (previously three options incl. text). Whatever happened to choice and putting the customer first.

@Brightstar took my partners phone for 3MONTHS for a damage fix which still hasn’t been done and now have taken mine and am experiencing terrible customer service and the whole company is a mess. Will cancel my @BarclaysUK insurance as soon as I can after this claim is resolved!

Does anyone know why @BarclaysUK won't support a funding/loan application if you use a @monzo account? I've been told twice today (for a boiler and for a mortgage) that they won't process the application because of my Monzo sort code! WTF.

@BarclaysUK Thanks, it would be really helpful to understand why the decision was made that a customer would be impacted (loss of account, loss of money and difficulty opening new account) due to Barclays not having enough people in the KYC team, why not just remove the closure threat?
