And whilst I am complaining about @BarclaysUK, the form is a real dofus. It asks you to write a codeword on the form so that if they call you about the personal information on the form you can check that it is really them ... see the problem? ...

@BarclaysUK Whilst in my nearest branch asked about appointments to sort out a savings account issue as it can't be done over phone or online. Was told nothing till October. You've completely lost the plot where customer service is concerned.
