42 minutes on the phone holding to @BarclaysUK but when I did get through the woman on the other end of the phone was delightful. Feel i could have chatted all day. That's how you do customer service.

@Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I’m a premier banking customer. One of the promises of Premier is the ability to speak to a UK based telephone banking team 24 hours. So why did I just spend 10 minutes wading through your various automated phone menu only to get hung up on?!

Just rang @LloydsBank customer service. They was a 30 minute queue so I was asked to leave my name and number so a customer service chap can ring me back when I reach the top of the queue. Sensible approach. @BarclaysUK you should learn from this.

@BarclaysUK - I’ve tried twice today to connect to your video banking. I get to 1st in the queue and then get disconnected. A great sounding service that doesn’t work!
