    @BarclaysUK What the hell is wrong with your online banking? Refuses to let me log in via pastcode, so I use the PINsentry. Pin correct, code correct and I keep getting you can't log in. The amount of time I waste just trying to access MY money to make a simple transfer is a joke

    First time I’ve been seriously disappointed with @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I got a new phone, restores apps, logged in and now I can’t access New Payees or PINsentry for 4 days (now 5). Causing my business problems at a crucial time, and “chat” is USELESS!

    Holy ****. @BarclaysUK is terrible. Impossible to talk to someone. Get referred to the chat in the app. There is no chat. Just a call in button. Call in, get referred to the chat in the app that doesn’t exist.

    @BarclaysUK @Barclays 50 mins to get through, bad line so had to disconnect. Online banking blocked, 2hrs to get through, then cut off. Can't go to my local branch as it's been closed down. Not happy!!!!
