.@BarclaysUK your customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. We haven’t been able to get through in over a week. Waited over an hour each time then got cut off every time. You need to employ more call centre staff immediately

Def changing banks now due to how poor service at @BarclaysUK is. Awful banking app, long waiting times to speak to a human being, and to top things off my 2 closest branches have recently shut meaning I'm more or less reliant on phone / app to speak to someone. 0/10

@BarclaysUK been on hold for over 50 minutes now. Ridiculous. I’m a potential new customer enquiring about a recent application. I’ve waited 3 weeks so far with no comms, and can’t get through to anyone. Called yesterday, waited 35 minutes for someone to answer and cut me off.

@BarclaysUK I have tried ringing can’t get through the Barclays app messenger nothing can help. I need a certificate of ownership for my current account this is a last resort I need it today. Is there anyone who can get this done
