.@BarclaysUK your customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. We haven’t been able to get through in over a week. Waited over an hour each time then got cut off every time. You need to employ more call centre staff immediately

Very disappointed with the latest communication from @barclaysuk setting out new charges for personal account holders relating to debit cards. Including Charging for delivery if you need your card quicker than five working days.

@BarclaysUKHelp I have spoken with Customer Complaints twice now - they have no ability to solve this issue and reopen my account. I’m going round in circles with no one taking ownership of reinstating my joint account - this will damage my credit rating. Passing the buck @BarclaysUK @Barclays

So @BarclaysUK replaced all the manned counters in Sunderland with machines that CAN NOT ACCEPT COINS and now the only manned counter is apparently broken. So in short, probably time to cancel my account.
