  @BarclaysUK It is unacceptably impossible to cancel a lost card. I have been phoning various numbers which just tell me to use the app. Don't have it. Can't set it up without card. Don't have my card which is why I need to cancel it.

  @MariaVCgalizia @BarclaysUK Santander were good with us. But we haven't had much in the way of problems. The branch I use is in the Metrocentre.

  @BarclaysUK is 45 mins an acceptable wait time to get to speak to someone about my mortgage who then cant help?! And im now in another queue now at 16mins #poorcustomerservice

  Every time I leave a @barclaysUK branch I seem to be irritated these days. Machines don't give the fivers I needed so I queued for ages to get counter service from the only till that was working, and the cashier hadn't got any.

  Have been with @BarclaysUK since I was 10 years old and was proud to bank with them and @barclayswealth. But the customer service has been abysmal since we set up a business account with them and they refuse to help AT ALL. Not sure what I can do @BarclaysUKHelp
