    @BarclaysUK still waiting on a refund of over 1K from Barclays - sent on 10/01 but never received into my bank account. Complaints process is a joke - ref CRKMCVXGG6 - when will anyone ever take ownership of this atrocious service & give me my money back?

    @BarclaysUK Please treat this as a formal complaint as there is no other way to get in touch with you. Your app and online access has been withdrawn for a Spanish resident, the complaints telephone number system is not functioning and cuts off. You do not accept DMs on Twitter

    @BarclaysUKHelp It is a complaint but u have written to us saying u need more information from us. U do not say what information and u tell us to contact you as well as threaten to cut off our facility.Just submitting a complaint into the complaints process does not solve our problem @BarclaysUK

    NOT impressed @Barclays @BarclaysUK - just spent an hour on hold to finally get through to someone and then get cut off! Nobody took my phone number to call me back. No reply to tweet from @BarclaysUKHelp either. Really poor service for a lifelong customer with an urgent query.

    @Barclaycard and @BarclaysUK have to be just one of the worst for customer service. I’ve just spent the best part of my morning trying to solve an issue that they created and failed to communicate. Three different agents, cut off twice, still not sure I know what’s happened.
