    @InglisAmanda @BarclaysUK Definitely a worse customer service ever I have logged my claim on 1st April still ongoing poor communication even I have submitted all the details requested we are on days 19 and zero progress Ridiculous.

    @GrahamBridge3 @BarclaysUK That's why a cashless society will never work. Imagine all the card machines going down at a giant supermarket with crowds of shoppers trying to pay and they've got no cash.

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp really poor service from telephone banking for a mortgage customer. Terrible automated system. Finally got through to someone, then they transferred me to “home assistance” who had the worst connection. Couldn’t hear, asked for a callback. Nothing.
