    @BarclaysUK really annoyed, wasted 30 minutes ringing your call centre regarding someone who used to live at our address before us and hasn’t changed his address, got told to take the letter to my local bank #nothappening I’m too busy and surely it’s not down to me to sort?

    @BarclaysUK service status on your website says your APP is working fine... it isn't.... an hour ago same service status said under maintenance.... so clearly someone isn't updating the site correctly

    Tried to open a bank account for my 13YO son @BarclaysUK yesterday, really poor customer service- was told basically that as I don’t bank with them that’s it’s difficult to open an account, felt like we were fobbed off and it was in the too difficult to do box #disappointed

    @StanDMan_BTFD @BarclaysUK They got resumed a few weeks later. I’ve made deposits from Binance to my bank account a few times since, last time being as recent as 10 days ago. The service has been suspended recently, just not communicated properly

    So disappointed @BarclaysUK! After four phone calls and a lengthy branch visit, still no progress in accessing online banking (in order to sort out my mortgage) Error code 35204 apparently an enigma!!😞
