    @Packology @Barclays @BarclaysUK It won't let you log in without a "mobile" phone number (there is no option to add one), but you can't change anything until you log in. THAT is the problem.

    @BarclaysUK u f..king suck, you wont issue a refund for a fraudulent transaction, customer service is 💩 towards my mom and you constantly make me in overdrawn when I have no money to pay my phone bill even when I've contacted both sides

    Yet again another disgusting show of customer service from @Barclays @BarclaysUK No compassion or common sense in dealing with people with disabilities… resulting in them and carer leaving branch in tears 😡 and this is AFTER complaints dept got involved. Time for ombudsman

    @BarclaysUK how do I contact yourselves as I cannot use the phone. The website says use the Barclays chat, this doesn't work as the app says Chat is not available. I just want to know when I will get the switch offer?
