    @BarclaysUK Hi, can someone tell me how I delete payee’s on the app, or do I need to sign in online to do so? I’ve tried searching and get told “Pay & Transfer>Manage & Track>Manage Saved Payee List. The only matching option I have is Pay & Transfer?

    @BarclaysUK Trying to speak to someone in your customer service team, tells me to go to app, go to the app just sends me to the main menu

    @BarclaysUK why are you so impossible to contact by phone I’ve just had to give up after a 2 and a half an hour wait!!! I’ve had enough of this poor service I’m now planning to go to my local bank tomorrow and close my account.

    I know the policy is to make branches as ruthlessly efficient as possible, but making people in their 80s queue for 50 mins as there's only 1 person on counter service seems cruel & discriminatory, @BarclaysUK . And only 2 seats for a 20+ strong queue in Morpeth this week.
