Random narratives of "American Express" a "Create" are appearing. Even though the payment is made to a Lloyds credit card. This can be quite confusing on statements.

She’s rung to make a complaint only to be told they will log a ticket but they can’t compensate her for it. Disgusting

This isn't just a disruption of service this effects everyday life for most, especially as we're being pushed into cashless and ai bot customer service. Do better. I don't see @BarclaysUK having issues
