    @BarclaysUK I subscribed to the Barclay Tech Pack Lite on the 8th of July this year, I made a claim on the 11th of July and the Phone has still not been fixed! They have taken £26 to fix it, £9 a month since July. I have called the company 4 times only to be hung up on! HELP!🤬

    @BarclaysUK Over 50 that’s good! Except for one very important service and that is a mobile phone App for Barclays Customers who DONT have a UK phone number!!!!! Come on Barclays, get with the times!!!

    Just dealt with @BarclaysUK's #fraud detection system and customer support. While well intentioned, it's so broken and frustrating for the user, that it's no wonder @monzo and the likes will #disrupt them thoroughly. Oh, and #selfcustody is coming...

    @BarclaysUK Had great service from your bereavement team today. They answer calls within 5 minutes, sort out queries efficiently (all while working from home) and call back when they say they will. Thank you!
