  An odd day as I am leaving @BarclaysUK after 40 years. Their individual service has consistently got worse. There are no individual managers any more even for people who put lots of money through their accounts. Last straw: removal of automatic sweeps from current to savings. 1/2

  @BarclaysUK I have been on hold for 32 minutes and was cut off, so called back and was on hold for 1 hour and 14 minutes and the was cut off again. I really need to talk to someone who can help as the app wouldn’t allow me to make a payment I needed to.

  @BarclaysUK Great work @BarclaysUK not only being the largest UK investor in #ClimateCrisis creating oil and gas. But doubling down by encouraging people to fly more. Could you be more evil? Any employee with a shred of decency should be looking for a new job.
