  @BarclaysUK Needs to fix up waiting for my mum to be seen for an issue we’ve come for the second time, I’m glad I’ve changed banks but my mum still wants to rock with her day one bank.. the branch in Walthamstow sucks, rude behaviour for staff

  @BarclaysUK I can't log into my account online to view my new mortgage because it wants me to use PINsentry, but I don't have a PINSentry device and there is no PINsentry option in my app despite your help page stating there should be. How can I get access to my online account?

  Please help. I have not had access to my money with @BarclaysUK for over 10 working days with no comms or response to my complaint that they had confirmed would be responded to no later than yesterday. I am at my wit's end. Can you help please? @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp

  @BarclaysUK Trying to switch my joint account to you to get the £200 switch payment. It says I must use the app to do this which I've done, but it didn't provide an option for joint. I now find out you can't open a joint account in the app. What a **** experience.

  Damn @LloydsBank now have a £500 bank switch offer on their premier account. I already am a premier customer and certain I have done a bank switch already since Jan 2023. Did @BarclaysUK switch a few months ago and got £400.

  @Barclays @BarclaysUK , Worse Bank Ever ! Every day Having to Call them, >5 times in last ten days or so. They block the most redisclose of payments like to your energy provider, Or you shop for an hour in a supermarket to get to checkout and they decline your card, then block it after u check balance in a machine outside, to only then when you see you have money in there struggling to understand wtf is going on, you try remove the money then it kills the card. Every one knows how embarrassing issues like huge que waiting for me and my useless plastic. Then U have to apply new card.... "We actived the touchless payment so u can use it while you wait for new card", they say. Ordered card on 11th the card never turns up but a letter from them did. and supprize supprize u can use it in all the shops touchless other than the shops you want to use it". Great work guys..... @grok what do you make of these shenanigans, do you think a bank like this is fit for purpose ?
