@BarclaysUK Hi, can someone tell me how I delete payee’s on the app, or do I need to sign in online to do so? I’ve tried searching and get told “Pay & Transfer>Manage & Track>Manage Saved Payee List. The only matching option I have is Pay & Transfer?

@BarclaysUK, after 25 days that I informed you that our debit card was charged fraudulently twice we haven't received any answer from your customer service. Have you had any data breaches recently which allow a third party has access to our debit card details?

@BarclaysUK Why does your main Manchester bank on Market Street no longer offer in person cash withdrawal service? Utterly ridiculous, considering you only permit £250 per day via ATM. And you have rude staff on the door stopping entry by asking what customers are coming in for.

@BarclaysUK if you are going to bin off your phone support, and at the end of every number press just redirect to the online chat service, AT LEAST have people available to actually help. Over 45 minutes to adjust a direct debit, and it’s still not done yet!!
