    @BarclaysUK astounding lack of customer service today. An account which has restricted access-trying to sort out with you, spent 50 mins on - they have since sent us a document to access online WHICH WE DON'T HAVE. No joined up thinking whatsoever #frustrating #financialservices

    Could @BarclaysUK be the worst bank to try to contact in this country ? Made serious complaint on the 1st June which hasn’t been acknowledged. Can anyone recommend what I should do from here. Been on hold for an hour to them and can’t listen to the terrible music any longer?

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUkHelp Been a loyal customer for 35 yrs, even worked for you in the 80's. 12 yrs of running our business, worked long hrs through pandemic, finally earned enough to pay off mortgage. You decided that looked dodgy and today closed my account. Thanks a bunch.

    @BarclaysUK Love those options - address my company’s complaint by - 1 downloading an AP that’s not available in the US 2 - long distance toll call or 3 buy a stamp and send a letter. All clear signs of a company who understands customer service!

    @BarclaysUK not impressed Barclays with your sleepy fraud team. Block/freeze my account even after I’ve confirmed no fraud on my account. I’ve now been in a branch for an hour (how very 1990s) and you’re keeping the branch on hold for excessive amounts of time. Unacceptable

    @Marleysfan @BarclaysUK Lloyds have been by far the best since I switched from Barclays. Customer service is spot on and if you ever get defrauded you’ll have your money back in 24 hours x

    @BarclaysUK when i asked why the windows are not open, he said, its not your problem, we have our reasons to close them. He then started giving me attitude and being really stroppy. Is this normal for your customer service? His name is Matthew Henshaw, appalling customer service

    @BarclaysUK what has happened to your customer services.....such a shower of shite honestly. 5old 5 different thing by different people on online chat, 3 hours on hold trying to speak to someone. problem still not resolved. #crapbank
