    @BarclaysUK can you please confirm when I can speak to a human on the app chat? It has been down for weeks and I need to close a fixed savings accunt that you automaticaly set up without my authorisation at the maturity i of a previous fixed term savings account.

    @amazon send me the wrong item. Won't return or replace. So you know what. I have given you every chance and give you all the evidence and pictures of this. You won't fix your mistake. Well as a uk customer I am doing a section 75 charge back with my bank @BarclaysUK I tried!!!!

    @BarclaysUK Shocking service. My mother-in-law has twice requested a new Barclays card - she lives overseas. Allegedly 2 have been posted out, but they have not been received. You refuse to send via courier at OUR cost. You refuse to allow her grandson to collect it in a branch

    @HukAleksandra Fair enough then. I recently had massive issues with @BarclaysUK stopping all my crypto purchases to the point I just closed my account. Banking in the UK is getting too sinister in my opinion.
