@BarclaysUK Shocking how you speak down to your customers. *shakes head in disbelief* I was a client a long time ago, but moved my mortgage and other accounts because of atrocious service from my branch at the time. I'm sort of annoyed that I therefore can't close any accounts in protest.

@BarclaysUK Too much attention on a very small minority. Focus on your customer service as he her him doesn’t give a sh”t about this. They do care when they call up and always “you’re experiencing high call levels and it may take longer blah blah”

@LozzaFox Presumably @BarclaysUK would support us asking their staff at every interaction if they are a he or a she? Or indeed something in between. Perhaps this is how they want us to behave?
