    @BarclaysUK Love how the adverts on tv show a caring side to customers, offering support, guidance etc. Big white letters on the screen - Barclays do not offer financial advice!!!! They’re happy to grab your money! Offer s#@T returns on your deposits! Screw customers over! 👍🏻👍🏻

    Yet again @BarclaysUK have shown how awesome their customer service is! 20 minutes to get through, transferred to another department, on hold for 25 minutes and cut off! Come on!!!!!

    Trying to contact @BarclaysUK by phone is a nightmare. Say what your call’s about, press this, press that. 10 minutes of this nonsense only to be told the wait time is 40 minutes. What a shambolic service.

    @karen_swainston Just held in for 2 hours 20 mins for @BarclaysUK only to be cut off ! Responding to their request for me to contact them by phone ! They cannot expect small business owners to spend this amount of time just trying to speak to someone - such poor customer service

    And whilst I am complaining about @BarclaysUK, the form is a real dofus. It asks you to write a codeword on the form so that if they call you about the personal information on the form you can check that it is really them ... see the problem? ...
