    @BarclaysUK your service and support are absolutely diabolical - unable to use apple pay for over 6 weeks and no-one seems to know what they are doing. We'll be closing the account after 45 Years. No one cares!!

    4/7 through emails, phone calls, socials… and never received any response… only automated "email acknowledged" type messages, nothing more. Today as a last resort I have just tried to call the bank I used for for the purchase @BarclaysUK, hoping for support, but they said

    Had a bank account with @Barclays since I was 16. Today they rejected a payment to someone because they were satisfied. Guess what I’m a grown man. I won’t be held hostage by @BarclaysUK closing my account down!!!!!!

    @barclaysuk you just started blocking your app on my @grapheneos phone falsely claiming it is rooted. Totally unacceptable and customer unfriendly behaviour that will not be tolerated. Bye bye.
