The website says "If you want to withdraw over £2,000, please give us 24 hours’ notice so we can make sure the money’s ready for you to collect" but branch phone numbers aren't provided. Allegedly 2 have been posted out, but they have not been received. You refuse to send via courier at OUR cost. You refuse to allow her grandson to collect it in a branch
