@Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp hi - I've been messaging since 4.40 am this morning trying to get some urgent help from the social team and getting nowhere. I need to speak to a human, not the automated service which is not able to help me.

@Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp Your chatbots are a complete waste of time; the telephone banking service with its sparse number of humans is woefully inadequate. Impossible to answer my question - not covered by spending hours trawling the help pages. This is rubbish!

@BarclaysUK I have come across a Barclays digital wallet website which says Google Pay is available on all Barclays-branded and most partner-branded MasterCard and Visa cards, but when I try and add my Barclaycard or Barclays debit card it says this card cannot be set up.
