She’s rung to make a complaint only to be told they will log a ticket but they can’t compensate her for it. Disgusting

Keeps asking me for information I don't have, & I've got no idea if the information is being posted to me. Also got no idea if a Debit card is on the way! No communications...

For over a year I’ve tried to receive my money and close my account but it seems impossible! My card was blocked and every time I call I’ve been told that the cheque was sent but it hasn’t been
