  @BarclaysUK @HomeOfCricket Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex !   @BarclaysUK Trying to switch my joint account to you to get the £200 switch payment. It says I must use the app to do this which I've done, but it didn't provide an option for joint. I now find out you can't open a joint account in the app. What a **** experience.

  Hey @BarclaysUK your chat service in app absolutely stinks as does most of your app. Little option to input anything anywhere it’s literally just non applicable options to select or call - something I struggle with.

  I can confirm that @Barclaycard @BarclaysUK are in bed with the Financial Ombudsman Service @financialombuds The scammers at Barclays will WITHHOLD information about how you used their website, and the FOS won't press them for evidence. #Barclays trade with impunity.

  Yet again another disgusting show of customer service from @Barclays @BarclaysUK No compassion or common sense in dealing with people with disabilities… resulting in them and carer leaving branch in tears 😡 and this is AFTER complaints dept got involved. Time for ombudsman
