    @BarclaysUK WTF? Opened an account in the App yesterday, now I can't access the app, or online banking. Keeps asking me for information I don't have, & I've got no idea if the information is being posted to me. Also got no idea if a Debit card is on the way! No communications...

    @amazon send me the wrong item. Won't return or replace. So you know what. I have given you every chance and give you all the evidence and pictures of this. You won't fix your mistake. Well as a uk customer I am doing a section 75 charge back with my bank @BarclaysUK I tried!!!!

    @BarclaysUK Hi, because we don't have a bank locally now would it be okay if I took someone else's bank card to the nearest branch, along with a cheque, for it to be put into their account to save them the journey? Thanks in advance for your help

    @BarclaysUK can you please confirm when I can speak to a human on the app chat? It has been down for weeks and I need to close a fixed savings accunt that you automaticaly set up without my authorisation at the maturity i of a previous fixed term savings account.

    Anyone else having issues with @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I went to my app to check my bank did my Face ID asked for my passcode I did that. It loaded my account then kicked me out and said I’m not registered. I just had to register again!
