    @BarclaysUK it is seriously impossible for a student to open a bank account. First open appointment is in March 2022. Are you serious? This is not customer service! Shame!

    @BarclaysUK Hello, I tried to phone Barclys but it just says use the chat function on the app, where "colleagues are waiting to help". But it's just a computer thing, and useless. Is that the thing I'm supposed to be talking to?

    I am shocked @Barclays quietly took all money from my account out without notify me in any way and I am now stuck miles from home with no money. Haven't eat anything and walking in the rain and dark. Tried at the branch and called. no one can help. @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp

    @BarclaysUK Mobile Banking Feedback. Under profile “we only show address when logged in with PINsentry” but same login I can view statement which has my address at the top!?

    So the latest update from @BarclaysUK in response to not being able to repair my phone and making me wait 28 days for a replacement, meaning I had to spend £1000 replacing my own phone is to compensate me £20… Twenty ******* pounds for 28 days of no working phone!! 😡😡

    @BarclaysUK both of my current account cards have stopped working through contactless. One of them is only two months old. Is this a Barclays wide thing or do I have to replace both cards?
