@MattBennett93 @BarclaysUK It's probably worth you going straight through to the complaints team to get this raised. Don't bother ringing their customer care team, they was all useless with my issue (similar to yours) about a year ago. Complaints team managed to get it sorted but it did take a few months.

@BarclaysUK I applied for a Barclaycard today and was accepted with a credit limit of £3500. Filled in my details, addresses, email etc. I was then given a code and set up my memorable name but when I go to log in with my code I get an error message?

@BarclaysUK I sent a letter of complaint to you at the beginning of October regarding the service received following a bereavement and I have not had any kind of acknowledgment from you.
