  @Barclays @BarclaysUK @Visa since last 5 hours their is service disruption between #visa and #barclays bank, no online payment going thru, this is confirmed by Barclays Bank care center

  @BarclaysUK 3 hours on hold online to try and set up a childs bank account. 1 hour of that hold was after the service had closed, yet no notification from the system! Obviously we didn't get through! Not the first time of trying either. Very poor service
