    @amazon send me the wrong item. Won't return or replace. So you know what. I have given you every chance and give you all the evidence and pictures of this. You won't fix your mistake. Well as a uk customer I am doing a section 75 charge back with my bank @BarclaysUK I tried!!!!

    @HalifaxBank pretty poor message service on you App! I asked a question FIVE hours ago, U didn’t get anyone to respond so closed down my question. Yet @BarclaysUK answered my App Message by a human in Seconds!! #Halifax if you’re closing branches improve your app human service!

    @BarclaysUK your app's broken. The Ts and Cs open automatically on login but then there's no button to dismiss them. So it's impossible to use the app at all. This is in iOS.

    Disappointing @BarclaysUK Cust Serv - didn’t know @MartinSLewis current account switch rewards & could not answer basic Q’s about the app. Questionable training? Hmm. Off putting for a potential switch customer (gone elsewhere)

    Hey @BarclaysUK your chat service in app absolutely stinks as does most of your app. Little option to input anything anywhere it’s literally just non applicable options to select or call - something I struggle with.
