@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I am totally locked out of my banking due to an app error. Online/phone support couldn't sort it, and told me to go to a branch. My nearest branch (1hr away) were lost and said phone. I'm now on my 3rd call, and have been left on hold for 36mins.

@BarclaysUK Why did Barclays give coal companies $17.5 billion in 2019 alone? While claiming to be working to reduce its carbon emissions?

@BarclaysUK On your website, you say your ‘purpose’ is to “deploy finance responsibly to support people and businesses.” Can you explain how spending £104 billion on fossil fuels is ‘responsible’, when climate breakdown causes 150,000 deaths each year? #ActNow #StopTheHarm
