    Shambolic customer service from @BarclaysUK beware! My wallet was stolen and it took me ages to get through the robotic system then wait another 30 minutes to report the theft. Is it so much to ask to have a dedicated line for emergencies? What if my phone was stolen as well?

    Damn @LloydsBank now have a £500 bank switch offer on their premier account. I already am a premier customer and certain I have done a bank switch already since Jan 2023. Did @BarclaysUK switch a few months ago and got £400.

    Hi @BarclaysUK I opened a Student Account (Ac: 73150445) with Barclays UK in August 2019. I left UK in June-2020 amidst Covid and no longer have access to the account or the linked UK mobile number. Despite my mails, the account has not been closed. Please close the account ASAP

    @BarclaysUK Hi, because we don't have a bank locally now would it be okay if I took someone else's bank card to the nearest branch, along with a cheque, for it to be put into their account to save them the journey? Thanks in advance for your help

    @HukAleksandra Fair enough then. I recently had massive issues with @BarclaysUK stopping all my crypto purchases to the point I just closed my account. Banking in the UK is getting too sinister in my opinion.
