    Very disappointed with the latest communication from @barclaysuk setting out new charges for personal account holders relating to debit cards. Including Charging for delivery if you need your card quicker than five working days.

    So @BarclaysUK replaced all the manned counters in Sunderland with machines that CAN NOT ACCEPT COINS and now the only manned counter is apparently broken. So in short, probably time to cancel my account.

    @BarclaysUK still no bank card, going abroad on Thursday. Huge inconvenience have now tried to call and resolve this 4 times, spending a total of 72 minutes on hold! Beyond poor customer service!

    .@BarclaysUK can you help? My dad, a customer of yours, today tried to help his Ukrainian guests open an account. told to come back when they have proof of residency. They are living with him, but have just arrived. This was in P'boro. @MartinSLewis pls help thx

    @BarclaysUKHelp I have spoken with Customer Complaints twice now - they have no ability to solve this issue and reopen my account. I’m going round in circles with no one taking ownership of reinstating my joint account - this will damage my credit rating. Passing the buck @BarclaysUK @Barclays
