    @BarclaysUK I would like to report a scam. A representative pretending they were from Debenhams convinced me to open a Lemfi account to obtain a refund, but I've since discovered they are fake. Is there a way I can get it back and block them?

    You'd expect the scammers at @BarclaysUK / @Barclaycard to know when a customer logs into their account and cancels a direct debit, wouldn't you? Nope, their system delays it. So when you set a new one up the same day, the delay CANCELS your new one. Default payment attempt.

    4 months since my Barclays account got closed (my error) and still haven’t been able to reopen an account. It’s such a shame @BarclaysUK because prior to this the customer service was always great!

    @JeniWilson8 @BarclaysUK They told me it was an internal e-mail address and a probable staff error. I put in false information and security answers and managed to set up a secure @Barclays e-mail mailbox. I have now made a complaint which has not yet been resolved. The message is actually about the migration of the legacy e-mail accounts to a new system. Pretty boring really and only of interest to a financial intermediary.

    @BarclaysUK hi is there an issue with your online banking? It keeps saying Error 1120 details are incorrect but they are not, I’ve tried 3 separate ways and same message comes up thanks

    Anyone else’s @BarclaysUK app been complete dog **** the last couple months? Constant ******* glitches, stupid messages about jail broken phones even when your phone isn’t jail-broken? I cannot ******* stand it, recommend a better bank cause in all ears

    @BarclaysUK Ive been a customer for 2 weeks, try paying my bills at the end of the month and you've blocked my card twice!! Your automated fraud system is ridiculous! You have caused to much stress resulting in loosing me as a customer. Absolutely pathetic.
