  @BarclaysUK your app is terrible and staff on phone worse. Not working whilst trying to sort out new mortgage rate. Not impressed

  Be warned if planning to switch to @BarclaysUK. They will not give you access to your money 'for up to 4 days', don't generate a card automatically (I needed to request one from CS), don't allow you to log into your account online (need pin sentry which is unavailable).

  @BarclaysUK @Barclays please change your treatment of newly bereaved elderly widows. My mum is bedbound with stage 4 COPD, oxygen dependent, partially blind and was utterly surprised to find my Dad had a joint account with her. But could she access it? Not without several...🧵

  Shambolic customer service from @BarclaysUK beware! My wallet was stolen and it took me ages to get through the robotic system then wait another 30 minutes to report the theft. Is it so much to ask to have a dedicated line for emergencies? What if my phone was stolen as well?

  @Barclays @BarclaysUK , Worse Bank Ever ! Every day Having to Call them, >5 times in last ten days or so. They block the most redisclose of payments like to your energy provider, Or you shop for an hour in a supermarket to get to checkout and they decline your card, then block it after u check balance in a machine outside, to only then when you see you have money in there struggling to understand wtf is going on, you try remove the money then it kills the card. Every one knows how embarrassing issues like huge que waiting for me and my useless plastic. Then U have to apply new card.... "We activated the touchless payment so u can use it while you wait for new card", they say. Ordered card on 11th the card never turns up but a letter from them did. and surprise surprise u can use it in all the shops touchless other than the shops you want to use it. Great work guys..... @grok what do you make of these shenanigans, do you think a bank like this is fit for purpose ?
