    @BarclaysUKHelp DM.......no thanks. This is a problem @Barclays @BarclaysUK introduced in September, when they removed SMS and PIN Sentry as verification options for customers with the app. I know from comms via the app. I will deregister the app and others might benefit from this knowledge.

    @BarclaysUK Hi, I’m wanting to use your banking system via Amazon, with the 0% finance offer that you have there, but I cannot see any link to click through to your application page on the item I wish to buy. Any help would be most welcomed

    @BarclaysUK disappointed that when speaking to your business banking team discussing a difficult issue that the call handler didn’t know how to deal (your fault) with she simply hung up. Lovely that.

    @BarclaysUK Crazy what’s happening to your banking services in the UK, just waited an hour (no fault of the branch) because they’re operating a walk-in service with 3 members of staff. Meanwhile at Lloyd’s up the road they had around 8 staff, all happy to help. Come on guys..
