You only open the cash desk Mon-Fri I was informed. I work Mon-Fri? How am I supposed to pay actual money into my accounts? You charge me a fee yet I cannot access them?

Don't bother ringing their customer care team, they was all useless with my issue (similar to yours) about a year ago. Complaints team managed to get it sorted but it did take a few months.
