@BarclaysUK I visited your only remaining branch in the city of Swansea this morning to pay coin into account. You only open the cash desk Mon-Fri I was informed. I work Mon-Fri? How am I supposed to pay actual money into my accounts? You charge me a fee yet I cannot access them?

Still having trouble with @BarclaysUK. Can't get any outgoing cash transfer to work, tried smaller amount. Was on hold for an hour Friday, then cut off at 5pm UK. This morning on 60' hold again. Is Barclays Bank experiencing liquidity problems?

Rubbish service from @BarclaysUK today. My 11yo daughter just wants her own account. Can’t make an appointment in branch until 17/12, the video call booking breaks every time we get close to an appointment. 40 minute wait to speak at the counter. One disappointed girl.

Why do I have to explain to @BarclaysUK staff that the chip and sign cards they issue don't magically have a hidden PIN that is used sometimes. Here's a hint. A chip and sign card with a pin is called a CHIP AND PIN CARD. It's not a sign card if it has a pin in any form.

Why are people so stupid. "You can setup up face ID or Touch ID, it does sometimes still ask for the pin" If it "sometimes" still asks for a PIN it still needs a PIN, and if I could remember PINs I wouldn't have these problems in the first place. Sheesh. @BarclaysUK
