You only open the cash desk Mon-Fri I was informed. I work Mon-Fri? How am I supposed to pay actual money into my accounts? You charge me a fee yet I cannot access them?

jonathan watson (@JonathanWatson1) reported@BarclaysUK 3 hours on hold online to try and set up a childs bank account. 1 hour of that hold was after the service had closed, yet no notification from the system! Obviously we didn't get through! Not the first time of trying either. Very poor service
