You might want to try contacting Barclays' customer support directly, either by phone or through their website's live chat, to get help with deleting payees. They should be able to guide you through the process or do it for you.

I paid £2,000 under protest. @Barclaycard refuse my Section 75 claim using legally incorrect reasoning. Their own final response admits service failures. This deserves scrutiny.

I would like to open a business account, as I am not satisfied with the service I receive from Barclays. I have had a business account with them since 2019, but the customer service has been consistently poor, so I have decided to stop working with them. Thank you for your help. "
