Random narratives of "American Express" a "Create" are appearing. Even though the payment is made to a Lloyds credit card. This can be quite confusing on statements.

I paid £2,000 under protest. @Barclaycard refuse my Section 75 claim using legally incorrect reasoning. Their own final response admits service failures. This deserves scrutiny.

Spent an hour on the phone supposedly sorted. No. And now my phone app isn’t working and have deleted and downloaded it three times
