    @BarclaysUK I visited your only remaining branch in the city of Swansea this morning to pay coin into account. You only open the cash desk Mon-Fri I was informed. I work Mon-Fri? How am I supposed to pay actual money into my accounts? You charge me a fee yet I cannot access them?

    Shambolic customer service from @BarclaysUK beware! My wallet was stolen and it took me ages to get through the robotic system then wait another 30 minutes to report the theft. Is it so much to ask to have a dedicated line for emergencies? What if my phone was stolen as well?

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK "We are working to improve our telephone banking systems" - Barclays Telephone banking automated voice. I never see it improve. It only ever gets worse. This has been the case for the past 25 years.
