Lee (@LeeCraddock12) reported@JeniWilson8 @BarclaysUK They told me it was an internal e-mail address and a probable staff error. I put in false information and security answers and managed to set up a secure @Barclays e-mail mailbox. I have now made a complaint which has not yet been resolved. The message is actually about the migration of the legacy e-mail accounts to a new system. Pretty boring really and only of interest to a financial intermediary.

(I will be cancelling all the Barclays Techpack insurance due to the service from DPD) They basically don't ever deliver anything and then just lie and state it could not be delivered.

The website says "If you want to withdraw over £2,000, please give us 24 hours’ notice so we can make sure the money’s ready for you to collect" but branch phone numbers aren't provided. This isn't just a disruption of service this effects everyday life for most, especially as we're being pushed into cashless and ai bot customer service. Do better.
