  @BarclaysUK been a customer for over 30 years but I think it is time to move. The charges are getting crazy and the customer service is pretty poor.

  @BarclaysUK received a letter stating getting a refund, it states refund within 30 days. Rang the helpline number and says 50 days, try and speak to someone and it is impossible with up to 2 hours waiting times!!! Anyone else having these issues?! When do I get the refund??

  @BarclaysUK Total joke of a bank! Payments declined for no reason, advertised 24/7 phone lines are dead, crap customer service, time to find another bank!

  @BarclaysUK I am absolutely dumbstruck that I can’t activate my online app without a UK number. I am an international client and I don’t have a UK number. A person would think with todays technology they would be able to overcome the basics of international client service dilemma

  Hey @MorganStanley just when I thought the service you provide couldn't get any worse I get proved wrong... When shareworks was with @BarclaysUK I never had an issue. Nearly a month now waiting for you to transfer my funds to me 🤬 #terrible #customer #service

  @BarclaysUK I’ve been waiting OVER 90 minutes on the app to get some help and OVER 40 minutes on call. This is poor customer service. You automative system are unable to help with my query. When I visit your branch I get told go on the app can’t be served at the branch??

  When interest rates go up, why don’t savings rates go up? It’s yet another con, like petrol stations putting prices up on petrol they already had delivered. The whole system needs knocking down and starting again @BarclaysUK

  I’m in a recovery centre in SA getting treatment for severe childhood abuse, ptsd from working in the nhs through covid, an eating disorder and addiction. I am still working remotely to fund this but need a loan to cover next 2 months.@Barclays @BarclaysUK are refusing to help me
