    @BarclaysUK unbelievable. Barclays close most of their branches .yet still only allow 5 people in at Castlepoint Bournemouth. Leaving the elderly and vulnerable out in the cold wind and rain in queues .Only 2 staff on . Piss poor service trying to force people online !

    @BarclaysUK here’s an idea, just shut all your branches and don’t waste people’s time. The only thing you can BANK on with Barclays is **** customer service and customer care!!

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp your business banking service is an absolute shambles. 20min wait times on EVERY CALL. Wrong information provided and more calls needed. 2 months for a mandate change to be executed and it’s still done wrong. You are one customer fewer.

    @BarclaysUK your customer service is appalling!! I’m at risk of loosing my house purchase due your incompetence. Over an hour and a half wasted in call queues and speaking to your advisors and still no further forward. After an hour I now appear to have been cut off! please help!

    @barclays @barclaysuk @barclaysukhelp - over a hour on hold & still no answer. My battery is going to run out before I get to speak to anyone at this rate. How much longer am I meant to wait before giving up? But then I’ll just get the same again tomorrow. Service is appalling!

    10 mins on hold (twice) to @BarclaysUK only for the person who eventually answers to be unable to hear me. No access at all to mortgage information. This is why I closed my personal and business accounts.

    Help me! @BarclaysUK Would like a “certificate of interest paid”, robot doesn’t understand, put on hold forever until a human said it’s wrong department, then put on hold again for another eternity, then wrong department again....has been like this since 10th May!

    @BarclaysUK been a business customer for 8 years, want to transfer and open a ltd company account with 2 directors and told your too busy and try another bank. Can’t be right can it?
