  @BarclaysUK I contacted Barclays to repay an old loan of £5k. I do not have an account or sort code. I said can you use my name, address, DOB,to identify me. He said I need the ac + sort code or I can’t help you. I said “do you want your money or not” Get stuffed Barclays 😡

  mathtick BarclaysUK Based on current info, Barclays Smart Investor offers manual downloads (e.g., CSV) for portfolio data but no public API or automated integrations for exports. Open Banking focuses on payment accounts, not investments. For updates, contact Barclays support directly.

  @Dpd_hub_uk - @BarclaysUK Please do not use DPD for the delivery of any Tech Insurance kit. (I will be cancelling all the Barclays Techpack insurance due to the service from DPD) They basically don't ever deliver anything and then just lie and state it could not be delivered.

  @BarclaysUK I want to close my account, I have a credit card with £0 balance. Your phone lines are only Mon-Fri and the app help section literally has not worked for weeks. Incredibly frustrating

  @BarclaysUK hello. My account was closed and I need an Ivan number to claim back my frozen assets, but South Africa (my bank acct) does not use IBAN, and I have to complete this field on the form. I am stuck and need my money. Please help.

  Simply astounds me that a corporation as big as @Barclays @BarclaysUK can be so consistently poor when it comes to service. Had a 75k business loan approved over a week ago and still no documents. Our account manager was superb, only to be let down by inexplicable poor admin.

  @BarclaysUK My daughters had a lot of issues with her app logging her out completely, about 5 or 6 times at least & it’s a new apple phone bought from apple. She’s rung to make a complaint only to be told they will log a ticket but they can’t compensate her for it. Disgusting

  So Barclays Bank has gone from our high street. Nearest one is now MK which is 30 mins away. I have a new phone and no access to the app therefore no access to any money @BarclaysUK
