And the others followed suit. As for being able to ring your local branch... How long since that was a thing? (Yet the interest goes down and the fees go up...)

Ridiculous, never known a service like it

I understand from you previously there’s been an issue with commercial accounts adding funds. Do you know if this is fixed yet. It’s hard for work syndicates to add funds without using a personal bank account

I now risk buyers withdrawing from house sale because waiting on you to do one simple task. Fed up of waiting on hold 40 plus minutes each time I call to chase you. A task you should’ve done 20 years ago!
