    @barclaysuk you just started blocking your app on my @grapheneos phone falsely claiming it is rooted. Totally unacceptable and customer unfriendly behaviour that will not be tolerated. Bye bye.

    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK It’s taken a month to review my account and confirm if i’m approved for a credit card.Been a customer for 15 years! Might be a good time to change.Very disappointed with your lead time and updates. If declined,please just tell me. Wouldn’t recommend!

    @BarclaysUK Can't switch to barclays because of having a middle name that doesn't fit on drivers licence! Branch not open Saturday. What ever happened to scan and send? You've lost a potential Premier customer!

    @BarclaysUK 2h+ on calls with the support and I still can't get access to my bank account. Almost a year and there's nobody in the whole company that can solve a simple issue. #worstBankEver
