    @BarclaysUK how do I contact yourselves as I cannot use the phone. The website says use the Barclays chat, this doesn't work as the app says Chat is not available. I just want to know when I will get the switch offer?

    @BarclaysUK @Thetruth_1971 I have the same problem! Every time I log in to the banking app I get a stupid App Terms page appearing that can’t be agreed to or closed or removed! Makes the app completely unusable!!

    @tiggerhw72 @BarclaysUK @Barclays Frustrating! You might want to try contacting Barclays' customer support directly, either by phone or through their website's live chat, to get help with deleting payees. They should be able to guide you through the process or do it for you.

    Not sure why @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK removed my phone number from their system so now I cannot access my online account which I've done for the last 4 years or more ....has this happened to anyone else?

    @BarclaysUK I think your Orca ad is terrible! It’s psychologically putting pressure on those living at home to go out and get a mortgage because there’s something wrong with living at home! What a dreadful message to put out! 😡#Familylove

    @BarclaysUK Is there currently an issue with making credit card payments via the app? Keep getting message “payment failed”.
