Yet @BarclaysUK answered my App Message by a human in Seconds!! #Halifax if you’re closing branches improve your app human service!

Lee (@LeeCraddock12) reported@JeniWilson8 @BarclaysUK They told me it was an internal e-mail address and a probable staff error. I put in false information and security answers and managed to set up a secure @Barclays e-mail mailbox. I have now made a complaint which has not yet been resolved. The message is actually about the migration of the legacy e-mail accounts to a new system. Pretty boring really and only of interest to a financial intermediary.

🖥 Akash 📱 (@akash_nu) reported@BarclaysUK chat support in the app just been horrendous recently. Whenever I try to connect with a human the AI chatbot seems to ask a few questions then assume stupid requests and end it with - we can’t connect you with someone at the moment.

(I will be cancelling all the Barclays Techpack insurance due to the service from DPD) They basically don't ever deliver anything and then just lie and state it could not be delivered.
