  @BarclaysUK chat service is sooooo bad! Been trying for almost 24 hours to cancel and a recall a direct debit that was not due and now the chat service has gone down. #poor especially when they keep pushing you to that service.

  @BarclaysUK I have been on the phone for 1hr and 40 mins. I spoke to one of yours for 2mins, put on hold for 10 mins spoke to different person for 2mins and she put the phone down on me. Problem unresolved. What the actual f#@ck are you paying this useless customer service for?

  Hello @BarclaysUK do you use any 3rd party payment apps? EG. Google Pay. I use the barclays app for mobile contact less payments, but I have to sign in after every transaction which is really annoying when you're in a rush. I use a Samsung Galaxy device

  Now been on hold for an hour and a half to @BarclaysUK. What an absolute joke they now are. Closing branches without a care in the world and simultaneously make it impossible to speak to anyone on the phone either.
