    @BarclaysUK I find it impossible that I’ve been a customer for 23yrs plus and you can’t decide immediately if I’m suitable for barclaycard, all this history but are unsure. You have 24 hours to apologise and process or I’m leaving Barclays altogether

    @BarclaysUK I’ve received a RG21k message when I try to log into my Barclays app. I have been using the app successfully for a few years without any problem. I do not want to have to go into a bank as so many have shut down or have reduced working hours resulting in long queues.

    @BarclaysUK chat service is sooooo bad! Been trying for almost 24 hours to cancel and a recall a direct debit that was not due and now the chat service has gone down. #poor especially when they keep pushing you to that service.

    I think it has to be said that between @BarclaysUK and @HMRCcustomers they have provided me with probably the worst customer experience in my adult life. Shambolic would be an understatement
