  Yet again another disgusting show of customer service from @Barclays @BarclaysUK No compassion or common sense in dealing with people with disabilities… resulting in them and carer leaving branch in tears 😡 and this is AFTER complaints dept got involved. Time for ombudsman

  @BarclaysUK I am overseas and need help with my card urgently. I am unable to call Barclays. Some transactions have been made on my card which I need cleared from Barclays - it’s pending. Please help. I’ve tried live chat, calling & nothing is working.

  Good Morning @BarclaysUK just a quick question do all your business accounts able to have online access as. Someone i know has a business account with you and went to their local branch and was told their account is unable to have online access. Is this correct?

  @BarclaysUK @Barclays please change your treatment of newly bereaved elderly widows. My mum is bedbound with stage 4 COPD, oxygen dependent, partially blind and was utterly surprised to find my Dad had a joint account with her. But could she access it? Not without several...🧵

  You'd expect the scammers at @BarclaysUK / @Barclaycard to know when a customer logs into their account and cancels a direct debit, wouldn't you? Nope, their system delays it. So when you set a new one up the same day, the delay CANCELS your new one. Default payment attempt.

  So Barclays Bank has gone from our high street. Nearest one is now MK which is 30 mins away. I have a new phone and no access to the app therefore no access to any money @BarclaysUK

  @rcgarage280328 I've also had a good experience of @BarclaysUK customer services recently with a dispute due to incorrect payment details sent. Very impressed!
