    @sainsburys Wheres my order still or my money back? @BarclaysUK can you guys help do a charge back on an order done with debit card? I paid for 7-8pm delivery on 17 Oct, money has cleared out of account, grocery wasn't delivered Sainsburys asked to DM on fri, which I done & they wont respond

    @BarclaysUKHelp You’ve lost a high net worth customer because you’ve made it progressively more difficult for her to bank with you. Just spoke to my father in law who switched from @barclaysuk to @AskNationwide. He was also totally dismayed by how rubbish you’ve become.

    @BarclaysUK please can you help me cancel a card? I can't cancel it online as it's for an extra cardholder. Your telephone number isn't working
