    Shambolic customer service from @BarclaysUK beware! My wallet was stolen and it took me ages to get through the robotic system then wait another 30 minutes to report the theft. Is it so much to ask to have a dedicated line for emergencies? What if my phone was stolen as well?

    @BarclaysUKHelp @gregstwin Isn't it obvious that @BarclaysUK doesn't actually care about it's customers or their requests at all 0% ? Isn't it obvious that they just politely told you to **** of since 2021? Just change the bank man, ALL the other bank apps are better ,have actual useful features.

    @AllTheTimeRef @BarclaysUK I got a similar call. WASN’T Barclays but a scammer pretending to be. Barclays fraud team superb in the help they eventually gave me.
