    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK It’s taken a month to review my account and confirm if i’m approved for a credit card.Been a customer for 15 years! Might be a good time to change.Very disappointed with your lead time and updates. If declined,please just tell me. Wouldn’t recommend!

    @BarclaysUK Is there currently an issue with making credit card payments via the app? Keep getting message “payment failed”.

    Hi @BarclaysUK I opened a Student Account (Ac: 73150445) with Barclays UK in August 2019. I left UK in June-2020 amidst Covid and no longer have access to the account or the linked UK mobile number. Despite my mails, the account has not been closed. Please close the account ASAP

    @barclaysuk you just started blocking your app on my @grapheneos phone falsely claiming it is rooted. Totally unacceptable and customer unfriendly behaviour that will not be tolerated. Bye bye.

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK @derekmonroe16 Today is the first time in my existence on this planet when I spoke with the bank (Barclays USA) customer service in the Philippines (outsourced to a 3rd party vendor) where the representative was either high or drunk. I closed the account.

    @BarclaysUK your app's broken. The Ts and Cs open automatically on login but then there's no button to dismiss them. So it's impossible to use the app at all. This is in iOS.

    Can honestly say @BarclaysUK customer service is way way below the service I got from @HSBC_UK utterly mind blowing how bad.
