Jemma (@jemmah) reported@BarclaysUK 7/7 - 0/10 for customer service I'm afraid and I feel sorry for the vulnerable people and elderly who are not used to carrying out transaction digitally. Aside from the very real danger of pickpockets, the stress of going to the bank would deter them from even attempting a trip.
