@BarclaysUK Hi! I called from overseas last week to close my account. I am supposed to receive my statements for the last 5 years through email. I received an email saying my statement is now available to view online. I tried to log into my Barclays account, but there's an error.

So disappointed @BarclaysUK! After four phone calls and a lengthy branch visit, still no progress in accessing online banking (in order to sort out my mortgage) Error code 35204 apparently an enigma!!😞

@BarclaysUK can someone help me please I no longer hold an account with you I closed the account on the 28th but I have received a refund through PayPal which has gone to the old account as that’s where the payment was made
