    @BarclaysUK @Barclays really disappointed at having to waste hours trying to switch mortgage due to misinformation and inappropriate appointment being booked. Have been premier customer for almost 20 years and the service has deteriorated drastically! Extremely poor.

    @BarclaysUK Two hours to answer the phone. And it wasn’t any better a few months ago so don’t say it’s due to recent rate rises. Absolutely appalling service. You now have one less customer.

    Hey @Barclays @BarclaysUK please help. I’m trying to sort out fraudulent activity on my account and every time I call I’m told by an automated voice “I’m sorry, we can’t put you through right now”.
