Tried to call @BarclaysUK to discuss a form because every local branch near me has closed. Recorded message told me that they have fewer staff than usual and the wait time was over 1 hour. Is this really customer service? It is they that want the form in the first place, not me.

And whilst I am complaining about @BarclaysUK, the form is a real dofus. It asks you to write a codeword on the form so that if they call you about the personal information on the form you can check that it is really them ... see the problem? ...
