Hi @BarclaysUK you’ve put a block on my card. My ONLY access to money while I’m in another country. That means NO way to pay for a train/tube/taxi to or from the airport. And you tell me my only way to fix it is to go into a branch with 2 forms of ID… You’ve SCREWED me. HELP!

Quick update re @BarclaysUK - after another hour on the phone to the Specialist Support Team, they gave me the number for the fraud department… who told me the same thing that 3 hours worth of Barclays staff told me yesterday… that I’m still screwed.

@darkshinelight0 @BarclaysUK Wouldn’t recommend. Half the people I’ve spoken to have been very sympathetic. Which is nice, but doesn’t help at all.
