And whilst I am complaining about @BarclaysUK, the form is a real dofus. It asks you to write a codeword on the form so that if they call you about the personal information on the form you can check that it is really them ... see the problem? ...

Yet again @BarclaysUK have shown how awesome their customer service is! 20 minutes to get through, transferred to another department, on hold for 25 minutes and cut off! Come on!!!!!

Trying to contact @BarclaysUK by phone is a nightmare. Say what your call’s about, press this, press that. 10 minutes of this nonsense only to be told the wait time is 40 minutes. What a shambolic service.

@BarclaysUK Whilst in my nearest branch asked about appointments to sort out a savings account issue as it can't be done over phone or online. Was told nothing till October. You've completely lost the plot where customer service is concerned.
