    @BarclaysUK my husband has been trying to contact Barclays customer services for several weeks to request a new PIN for his credit card. Each time he has (eventually) managed to get through to someone, they say that they have sent out a new one but nothing has arrived. 1/2

    @BarclaysUK Well finally found the issue, without notice Barclays had disable mobile payments on their systems... All that stress I had could have been avoided with a simple message, not very happy but glad to see it sorted.

    @BarclaysUK okay Barclays - I’ve now been on hold for your Business Customer Services for 53 minutes and as if that’s not bad enough I’m listening to what can only be described as cheap ‘clubbing’ music. As if I wasn’t already annoyed!!! Switch it off!!!

    @BarclaysUKHelp Still the account is not opened, Very poor service @BarclaysUK and your system is not student friendly Hopefully we will not require to open the account at your bank anytime soon.
