  @NathalieNahai @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp Had similar experiences with Barclays tech support. Had my card cloned and it took me all day to report and sort. They repaid the £1,200 nicked but it was VERY stressful.

  @BarclaysUK I have never experienced such bad service. I'm a customer of 45 years +, My pinestry machine does not work, I'm an international customer so don't have an app. It take 18 minutes to get through your telephone system, there is then a 40 minute wait, disgraceful.

  Dreadful service from @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp a disabled man left without online access since reporting a problem 16/09.No contact from Bank to resolve the issues. Is this acceptable service @financialombuds ?

  I get a letter from @Barclays asking me to update my details, or they might close my account… I’m on hold with customer service 54 mins to a message that says “Remember that the person you speak to is not responsible for the delay”. No, @BarclaysUK, you are, for not hiring…

  And @CompaniesHouse! You might want to pause recommending @BarclaysUK as a business bank account provider given they are currently unable to offer that service... and apparently have been for the past couple of months.
