Had a 75k business loan approved over a week ago and still no documents. Our account manager was superb, only to be let down by inexplicable poor admin.

Malcolm Bebb (@BebbMalcolm) reported@StuartMaggs @BarclaysUK Since we still had a working bank card, we moved all the money out - it was only a few hundred quid - in cash and opened an account with a different bank. For all I know the Santander bank is still sending stuff to the wrong address.

This isn't just a disruption of service this effects everyday life for most, especially as we're being pushed into cashless and ai bot customer service. Do better.
