4 months since my Barclays account got closed (my error) and still haven’t been able to reopen an account. It’s such a shame @BarclaysUK because prior to this the customer service was always great!

@BarclaysUK sold an order through the app, withdrew it to my current account and the money has vanished into thin air without ever transferring. Furthermore, now I cant access my orders without the app giving me an error.

@BarclaysUK I have a standing order due to go out today but it was declined. Plenty of money to cover it but I woke up to a text message saying there was a system problem last night. How do I push this payment through as it’s for parking which I’m due to use today?
