  i have a problem i lost my card the other day after shopping at my local supermarket and although you have emailed to say you have posted my newcard out to me as a pensioner with health problems is there any alternative for me to get some money out to keep me going until my new card arrives other than going into town which will be difficult for me practically to get to my local branch? @BarclaysUK

  @BarclaysUK Trying to set up an online account for a friend, keep getting error 1089 - which states there is no mobile phone on the account. NO ****, the person doesn't own a mobile phone, so can't set up a password they'll never use, as they want pin device you never sent.

  @BarclaysUK 3 x fraudulent looking charges have appeared on our business account overnight. This is not the first time in the past year. Do you have any fraud protection at all? Or is it open season? Reaching you is deliberately difficult. Some “service” 🙄 👎🏻

  @BarclaysUK If you’re a disabled customer, this is my experience. Barclays says some account issues must be discussed on a secure channel. Yet I can’t use secure chat for 10 days. I can’t use Relay or get to a branch. What secure alternative is there? Still waiting for an answer.

  @StuartMaggs @BarclaysUK Since we still had a working bank card, we moved all the money out - it was only a few hundred quid - in cash and opened an account with a different bank. For all I know the Santander bank is still sending stuff to the wrong address.

  @BarclaysUK Your service is the worst I have ever seen in my lifetime. Your advisors talk but don't do anything. Do any of your systems actually work. You are a disgrace to the Banking Industry and Humanity. I hope you go under. Hang your head in shame.
