    @BarclaysUK As somebody who has worked at Barclays, an apr of 70% is pretty much scam territory. But I can see you want to apply the Pay day lender - let's s****w the customer approach.

    @BarclaysUK Don’t forget Barclays increased their overdraft fees to 35% . Banking charges = Big bonuses but all banks screw the Customer . However all Banks rely on financially illiterate customers. I blame the education system . All children should be taught finance and financial planning

    @BarclaysUK You also need to make sure you’re not a new customer within the last six months otherwise they won’t let you switch product to the credit card. For no valid reason apart from “it’s our policy”. Pathetic.

    Isn't it about time @BarclaysUK used some of their obscene profits to hire more staff and create a better experience for Us the paying customer? People don't have 45 minutes of their time to waste making important calls. Why do we allow them to get away with this?

    @BarclaysUK trying to open a Premier Account but the website tells me I have to use the App, the app doesn't let me do anything beyond my current credit card... the online help is for Apple users only... not feeling the love

    @BarclaysUK heeeyyyy BARCLAYS I Haven't Had any HELP from and Barclays and I NEED a Card verification for my Amazon account and that I was the authorized owner of the payment method
