@BarclaysUK your app has stopped using account nicknames for standing orders to your own accounts. I have a load of different savings pots and now it all just says my name and I have to look up the account numbers to tell which is which. Please fix!

@BarclaysUK the worst service I’ve received ever in my 24 years by multiple advisors. Just shoved on hold. Can’t wait to switch banks. You clearly teach your staff to be incompetent, rude and careless. You’re a ******* **** joke of a bank, ******* stupid ***** every single one
