    Never had an issue with @BarclaysUK but the one time I go to pay a large sum into my account with cash, the machine stops working and then to be told they can't open the machine till Monday really ruins the whole mood towards the company 😡 now I can't collect my car today 😡😡

    @gavinwatson @BarclaysUK Having problems with them too after being insured for many years. Appalled at their lack of service. They obviously don’t want to pay out on valid claims.

    @BarclaysUK Today I have spent nearly three hours on the phone trying to change an address. Service department have hung up now it is nearly 5pm. I have received the worst service ever from today. Still haven't managed to change the address.

    Old @BarclaysUK just like with the Premier Rewards Scheme they’ve slowly made the “Blue Rewards” service worse until it offers no real rewards or purpose and will then later end it anyhow citing a lack of interest from consumers in the service.

    If I had the strength, I close every account I have with. @BarclaysUK In branch service is woeful and our local branch is closing. Online service is worse. Why do we accept this?
