    @BarclaysUK Barclays took £707 out of my business account today to pay back money I don't owe them. 1 hr 50 mins later with chats and phoning I haven't been able to talk to anyone who can help

    @BarclaysUK guys, your customer service is terrible. I’m amazed as I have a premier account and I can’t even get through to a relationship manager. I waited 20 minutes to be told I have to use the app. I also have an Hsbc account they are light years ahead of you!!

    @BarclaysUK has to have the worst customer experience / service. Was on hold for 45 min first call, then the line cuts out. Then on hold 55 min second call, speak to someone, then they hang up whilst trying to transfer me. Wasted a whole morning. Support small businesses ?

    @BarclaysUK I have tried on 2 occasions to open up an account, identity check in store required was told by customer service on phone i will get a call back the Whitechapel, London branch and never did a month on have reapplied online again id check required....

    Getting help from @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK is totally impossible. I've wasted over 60 minutes calling and still haven't had any help whatsoever. Terrible!

    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK I have been standing outside your branch on soho road, handsworth, Birmingham for over 45 mins. Surely you would have more staff on counters in peak hours then reduce as needed. Crap customer service. Not agile at all. 3 staff standing at the door 🤦🏻

    @VeteransGovUK @LeoDochertyUK @BarclaysUK Meeting via zoom is NOT meeting..... it's a typical Govt cop out. There are veterans in worse situations than Banking that need help.... sadly you don't recognise that... you fit well into the vacated OVA chair.... and have achieved the same as the previous incumbent!
