Just have to say, respect to @BarclaysUK and the others for being the first to speak out. Lots of backlash I'm sure. Someone has to step up and help people realize they are blindly reacting.

@BarclaysUKHelp 35 mins on hold. Got through! And then they refused to discuss the fact you have closed the account and wont give access. I.e you stolen the money. Sent on to another number... which has a recording saying you won't discuss it. #dreadfulbank #theft @barclays @BarclaysUK

The issue is resolved now thanks to my bank @BarclaysUK. I don’t think that I will link my debit card to @Airbnb again. I hope that they strengthen their cyber security system. For example, the Airbnb account of the fraudster is still active…
