It was bad enough that I have had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment at a @BarclaysUK branch to register a LPA. They’ve shut the branches down without having the staff to deal with things that they insist must be done ‘in branch’

@BarclaysUK Don't need an iPhone but a support for contactless Google Pay on Android. Your app constantly keeps on asking to log on to be able to pay in the worst possible moments. Very unprofessional.

@gilliantett @MyStephanomics @BarclaysUK don’t bank with Barclays they have stolen £1850 of my money which I mistaken paid into a bankrupt account which did some business for me last year, I am disabled and this was to cover my mortgage and bills, pls help

@BarclaysUK sick and tired of @barclays and seriously considering moving all our accounts. Unfortunately customer service is so bad can’t even get through to anyone on phone. Unless you’ve got hours to spare!! A disgrace!!!
