    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUK I think you have surpassed yourself as the worst bank. How can you block someone’s wages on top of Christmas? I should not have to prove my wages when I have been paid from the same account for 2 1/2 years. #UtterDisgrace

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I have called and sent numerous emails over 3 years and eventually ended up flying from Australia to the UK to shut down my account face to face and yet it is STILL open?!!!! After I was told it was definitely closed. What is wrong with you?????!!!!!!!

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp you want me to get in touch or you will freeze my account: 1) spent 1 hour in the bank in manchester, no one can help, raised a complaint. 2) you send emails that cant be responded to. 3) you send texts that cant be responded to.

    Shocking customer service in branch at @BarclaysUKHelp. 3 other bank visits sorted in less time than we waited in @BarclaysUK to be served by someone who had been wandering about the foyer for 40 minutes! Sort out your procedures!

    Cannot access my @BarclaysUK bank account from Aus and without logging into online banking you cannot speak to anyone other than on an international call. It has been over a year, please can you rectify this or respond to me. A very disappointed customer.
