    I’m starting to think @BarclaysUK does not want new customers. Trying to open an account with them is mission impossible and the app malfunctions. Trying to speak with a human being to get it sorted has also been unsuccessful. Isn’t technology meant to make life easier?

    @thegriffter @YvetteHenson @BarclaysUK Terrible customer services too. I applied and was accepted for a card last year. After the card arrived they asked for tax office paperwork it was impossible for me to get at that point in time so they closed the account down. Utterly pointless exercise.

    @BarclaysUK pls advise. I went to local Barclays to make appointment to institute power of attorney for my mother who banks with you. I need to change the appointment. It seems impossible to change it without physically going into the branch (I have covid). I don’t bank with you.

    @RMSPayments As a small business I value good customer service. Certainly not what I’ve received from @RMSPayments over the last 50 minutes. Horrendous! Only wanted an extra terminal - still not sorted. Should have gone to @BarclaysUK

    Absolutely appalling service from @BarclaysUK letting my 73 year old dad be defrauded on his account and basically saying, sort it yourself. What have banks in this country come to?!

    @BarclaysUK I find it impossible that I’ve been a customer for 23yrs plus and you can’t decide immediately if I’m suitable for barclaycard, all this history but are unsure. You have 24 hours to apologise and process or I’m leaving Barclays altogether
