So annoyed with my mortgage switchover with @BarclaysUK using Integrar. Appalling customer service, don’t even care on the urgency of the matter. They say they sent stuff to me, but haven’t 😤 Now I’m days away from a variable rate increase. Literally could cry 😭

@BarclaysUK - HATE this bank now! Gone digital everywhere and cannot go into a bank to change a bank note to coins. HATE you. Get rid of this CEO! Bring someone who understands UK needs! Prefer Metro where get happy face to face service. Opened a/c with them now. Will transfer.

An odd day as I am leaving @BarclaysUK after 40 years. Their individual service has consistently got worse. There are no individual managers any more even for people who put lots of money through their accounts. Last straw: removal of automatic sweeps from current to savings. 1/2

@BarclaysUK I'm having some trouble opening a current account through the app. On step 3 account opening clicking the accept button takes me back to the log in screen and I'm now in a loop. Can you advise as to what I can do? Thanks

@MarkSeddon1962 @barbaraanneken1 @BarclaysUK Our Barclays was extremely busy, and that was the reason given for closing the branch down ? Work that one out ! Most people in the queue were looking elsewhere because of this attitude, and the staff who always tried their best just gave up.
