@BarclaysUK Hi, I can no longer login to Online Banking. Colleagues all had the same issue & apparently you’ve changed membership numbers without informing us. I held on phone for 57 minutes before being cut-off. I’m not prepared to wait again. How else can I get this progressed?

@BarclaysUK received a letter this morning saying that I need to close my account and I have until the 23rd of January trying to access my account this morning I am blocked with no access to my money which is my pension thank you ******** I want my money back.

walked 2km to the open but not counter today @BarclaysUK to get a cheque deposit envelope so I can walk out again, down the road to a post office to pay in a cheque. "we don't have those, we have to order them in" days Barclays staff. so now walking the 2km home again.

Lol @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp really? Withholding my money because you’re questioning its “legitimacy”? I’ve been a customer for over 3 years and this has never happened to me once, and I’ve deposited a lot more than i have today - not to mention making me wait 3 days
