    @BarclaysUK I live abroad. My debit card has expired since May 2021. I am unable to use PINS ENTRY. I have tried to ring Barclays. The automated service keeps asking for my credit card number which I do not have. When I enter my debit card details, it is not recognised.

    Having an extremely infuriating situation in @BarclaysUK branch Dalston. Not enough advisor staff to help and not possible to make appointments. Absolute shambles! Unhappy customer

    @BarclaysUK I have spent more than an hour today trying to set up an account for my 16 year old son. As an exisiting customer I have twice been kicked off of the video banking app after getting from 50 ish to 30 ish in the queue due to a technical glitch.
