@BarclaysUK really annoyed, wasted 30 minutes ringing your call centre regarding someone who used to live at our address before us and hasn’t changed his address, got told to take the letter to my local bank #nothappening I’m too busy and surely it’s not down to me to sort?

@BarclaysUK getting help is hopeless. No phone support and instead you force me to use the chat feature in the app. Everytime I open the chat window on Android it crashes. What's the point?

@BarclaysUK service status on your website says your APP is working fine... it isn't.... an hour ago same service status said under maintenance.... so clearly someone isn't updating the site correctly
