    @BarclaysUKHelp @Barclays @BarclaysUK the worst experience since June trying to change my mortgage. From wrong advice to not receiving paperwork due to the poor service from Barclays. What a mess! And to be told I’ll be reimbursed for over payments taken. Right first time!!! 🤬

    @BarclaysUK over a 2 hour wait the three times I have tried to ring your helpline - who has the time to wait for that… why don’t you have enough staff? If I don’t ring or go 14 miles to a branch I risk our account being closed…. Poor customer service.

    @BarclaysUKHelp @Barclays @BarclaysUK so the wait time is 40 mins to speak to someone in regards to a mortgage application made on 5th August. After calling 10 times to get this issue resolved!!! What has happened to this bank. Poor, poor, poor service! Unacceptable.

    @BarclaysUK Took 1hr to get through your call centres, However the staff were perfect and resolved the issue, after few hand-offs. No complaints, only praise for your contact centre. #barclays 👏
