The complaint handler has emailed me, I've replied but he's ignored my emails. That is plain rude in any language, or maybe my standards are too high for Barclays?

Kat Thorpe (@shrinthorpe) reported@BarclaysUK trying to open a current account, your app and website won't let me so went into branch for them to refuse to look at the issue and tell me they can't open accounts in branch (seems bizarre, what are they for?) are you able to help or should I choose a different bank)
