    @BarclaysUK please can you help me to log a complaint. I am being told there is a glitch in my app as payments are showing on my statements and chat team are saying they are still pending, when my pending amount is £34.66 and not the £680 I am querying. I need transparency/help

    @BarclaysUK Do you also have your bank on the verge of bankruptcy? Because how else can you explain the fact that you are blocking my account access for such a trivial matter. You claim it's for my safety, but in reality you are just causing harm. 1/

    Never had an account with @BarclaysUK before, just wanted to say the app. is confusing and awkward, it hides products with better interest rates, plus the chat service offers advice that is wrong. #banking

    @santanderukhelp @NatWest_Help @BarclaysUK I'm considering switching my current to one of you as my current bank isn't working for me. Do any of you provide a service to pay in cheques on the app? And has your app had much downtime in the last 6 months?

    @BarclaysUK most pathetic experience ever.switched from tsb to barclays card credit card. Just to update my phone number I had to wait for 35 hours and still no solution.costed me 1000 pound because of their lack of any customer support. Never using barclays ever again

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK I need to be able to contact customer services by email. The messaging service on your App is simply not a sufficient communication vehicle for what appears to be a too complex a matter for your online team to desk with #unhappycustomer

    @BarclaysUK I am appalled at the service you are giving to Trustees of Arleston Community Centre, Wellington. You still keep sending them threatening letters saying you will close their account down unless they provide latest business details. They have done that months ago.
