I paid £2,000 under protest. @Barclaycard refuse my Section 75 claim using legally incorrect reasoning. Their own final response admits service failures. This deserves scrutiny.

Allegedly 2 have been posted out, but they have not been received. You refuse to send via courier at OUR cost. You refuse to allow her grandson to collect it in a branch

So had to do all my direct debits manually to another new bank. They are using AI to track accounts and if you put cash in they say it’s money laundering. It’s all bull ****!
