@BarclaysUK Hi, I would like to reach my online banking account after a long while but the thing is, I need a registered credit card to log in but also need to log in to ask a credit card... can you help me? Thanks!

@CodingNagger @HalifaxBank @BarclaysUK Great? No they don’t support PRIDE. They aren’t an inclusive bank.

  • rdlayden1956 Robert Layden (@rdlayden1956) reported

@BarclaysUK why does your telephone service direct you to chat when the app tells you it is not working

  • juiceyclunes Juiceyo (@juiceyclunes) reported

@WhichUK @WhichMoney I left @BarclaysUK due to the service. Terrible service, being pushed to do it all via a web chat in my app. Have not got time for conversations about my banking to go on all day, when a quick chat with a human would be enough.

  • pralaynath_ Gaurav Gupta (@pralaynath_) reported

@BarclaysUK - How is it possible that Barclays card for business app is non functional since 3 days. I am not able to login even after resetting my password. I called up support and they say they don't have a ETA on the resolution. I am overseas and can't see/change my card pin!

  • TerryDorset Terry (@TerryDorset) reported

@BarclaysUK Help. My app is not working. I enter my passcode then I get "establishing Id" "loading accounts" "logging in" and it takes me back to entering my passcode again and so ad infinitum. What is going wrong?

Dear @BarclaysUK can someone in your insurance department please get your finger out because you've owed me nearly £400 for a month and I've been getting messed around by the worst customer service team I've ever experienced. Disgrace.

  • MikesRambles Mike Clarke (@MikesRambles) reported

My local @BarclaysUK doesn't have an appointment to open a joint account until August! So have to travel 2 towns over. Yet again, @BarclaysUKHelp face-to-face customer service is terrible. Bet they shut the Redditch branch soon and old people are left to fend for themselves.

  • BowBelle69 Bella 👄 (@BowBelle69) reported

@BarclaysUK Some branches are closing claiming "The bank is blaming an increase in online banking for the decision as fewer people are relying on face-to-face help at a local branch" That's rubbish, it's just pure greed. At my local branch you're lucky if you get to speak to a human.
