    @BarclaysUK It is unacceptably impossible to cancel a lost card. I have been phoning various numbers which just tell me to use the app. Don't have it. Can't set it up without card. Don't have my card which is why I need to cancel it.

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK Team says heres a direct number to call to report money issue...one hour hold it says!!! Jokers barclays got rid of staff years ago covid gave them the excuse to get rid of the rest!!!!

    @BarclaysUK I have the app on my ipad. It seems I can not simply mirror it onto my phone or have the app on my phone and log into the same account. I can foresee this becoming an issue.

    @fnafilms @BarclaysUK Barclays closed most of their branches. They think their app and telephone system is amazing that they don't need actual humans to solve problems. They are wrong. I just want a bank that is easy to speak to and can take less than 1 hour to resolve issues

    Have to vent about @Barclaycard. I can't set up online banking unless I know my credit limit from a previous statement. But @BarclaysUK don't send me paper statements; I can only access them online. But I can't go online without details from my statement. Argh! Just let me pay!😵‍💫

    @BarclaysUK I got an email saying there’d be new charges on my account—I haven’t been a Barclay’s client since 2016, have no card, no app, and no present access to said account. So I can’t close it. So I don’t know what you’re planning on charging or how you’d expect to collect.

    @BarclaysUK your operation in Walsall branch is close to pathetic. Only one paying in machine and the counter closes at 2pm. Why? You’re meant to be open till 4:30pm for all banking services, I shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes to deposit some cash. Your customer service is poor.
