    After 70 years of banking with @BarclaysUK my elderly mum is moving her banking elsewhere. She’s fed up being in floods of tears trying to make telephone banking work. As a bank you are a disgrace. I don’t believe you are much worse than the other showers of **** but here we are.

    @BarclaysUK Trying to switch my joint account to you to get the £200 switch payment. It says I must use the app to do this which I've done, but it didn't provide an option for joint. I now find out you can't open a joint account in the app. What a **** experience.

    @BarclaysUK I have a standing order due to go out today but it was declined. Plenty of money to cover it but I woke up to a text message saying there was a system problem last night. How do I push this payment through as it’s for parking which I’m due to use today?

    If you bank with @BarclaysUK then I suggest like me you consider moving your money somewhere else. I’ve been trying to get a problem sorted out now for nearly three days and guess what? Not resolved yet

    @barclaysuk you just started blocking your app on my @grapheneos phone falsely claiming it is rooted. Totally unacceptable and customer unfriendly behaviour that will not be tolerated. Bye bye.

    @BarclaysUK 2h+ on calls with the support and I still can't get access to my bank account. Almost a year and there's nobody in the whole company that can solve a simple issue. #worstBankEver
