Ugh dealing with @BarclaysUK is now a nightmare. Might be time to finally change banks. - Customer service is now terrible, used to be quite good. - Still don't support google pay with their cards, so you have to use their app which turns off contactless everytime it updates.

@BarclaysUK How is it that you make profits of £8.4b but cannot staff call centres to a level where wait times are under 2 hours and you still get cut off half way through a call? It's unacceptable customer service.

Won’t chase up their chat team on the app. Just threats and more gaslighting. I’m still waiting for a reply on the app to the ‘2/3 minute’ wait 12 hours ago

@BarclaysUK wtf can’t even open a kids bank account. Been in branch next appointment is November 7th, try video calling to open one. Doesn’t even work, phoned they said make an appointment at branch. 2 people behind in queue same issue they going to another bank. Complete joke
