@soil_sniffer @Barclays That’s the issue though…I don’t know who the money has gone too. This is why I wasn’t happy with @BarclaysUK advice to ‘contact them and sort it out!’ I CAN’T!! I don’t know who they are!!!

@BarclaysUK If your phone is still working at the end of its contract, save an absolute packet by keeping the phone and switching to SIM only, even if only for a year. Critical not to get into more debt in these times of economic crisis. even if it is at 0%. it's still a grand for a phone!

@BarclaysUK I have been a customer for 20+ years. I have overdrafts with other banks but not with you, I can get a loan elsewhere but not with you. You are one of the least ethical bank there is out there.

It’s completely bonkers that you’re increasing the Blue ‘Rewards’ fee to £5 which is the same amount as the reward! I mean what’s the point? Couldn’t make it up. It’s more of a slap in the face. Been your customer for 22 years!! @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp

Repeatedly being refused help regarding my business account via the @BarclaysUK business app because they only have access to my personal @Barclaycard account. Why have the chat function in the app, then?! Honestly, these legacy banks have so much work to do to catch up.

@skyblueloyalist @BarclaysUK Tbf I haven't banked with them since I stopped working for them in 2003. I do my banking with an organisation that values face to face interaction and has kept branches open.

@BarclaysUK Wanted to get take out, card declined. Logged in to online banking to check because *what* and get nothing but 'bad request, your browser sent a query this server could not understand' on every link I click after logging in correctly. Ugh.
