    Hello, @BarclaysUK. When I log onto your website for my card account, a notification has told me I should make your staff aware if I have a disability, and I wish to do that. Because of my disability, I cannot use a telephone. Please help me to find another way. Thank you.

    @BarclaysUK In the last visit I felt the whole process was very disrespectful for me. They are respecting their internal processes more than their potential customer (which makes no sense to me).

    @BarclaysUK I have a mortgage with you and I have been locked out of online banking, which is now telling me to use "PINSentry" to log in. This feature does not exist on my app, and there are no updates available for my app. I am not newly registered on the app.

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUK OUTRAGED! How my 76 yr old mum has been treated by staff. With severe mobility issues - spent the whole morning going to a branch to be told they had no appointments - is this how you treat clients who have banked with you for over 50 years?
