@LouboutinWorld My husband has spent over £600 on shoes that were meant to be refunded due to a sizing issue after repeated calls to yourselves customer service claims to have refunded @BarclaysUK and @PayPal have no record. No shoes and over £600 out of pocket!!!

@BarclaysUK why is is impossible to get in touch with Likewize (Brightstar) to make a Barclays TechPack claim? And if you do eventually succeed, why do they send out WeFix who aren’t authorised to repair Apple phones? A complete disgrace.

@BarclaysUK not impressed Barclays with your sleepy fraud team. Block/freeze my account even after I’ve confirmed no fraud on my account. I’ve now been in a branch for an hour (how very 1990s) and you’re keeping the branch on hold for excessive amounts of time. Unacceptable

@spamcrolla @BarclaysUK Yes I’ve been on there for four hours so far and it keeps crashing 😬😬 it really shouldn’t be this hard to contact a company who we trust to look after our money. It’s not even basic customer service - it’s non-existent
