Hey @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp had yet again a very frustrating experience from you, the agent even put the phone down on me.. your customer experience is shocking & stupid. I tried to make a complaint, but you said you can’t take it unless I go to branch. Do better!!! 🤬

@welburnoldfart @BarclaysUK Yo ! - Went there twice last month. One of the most useless helplines in the UK - no bloody help at all. Two subsequent visits to nearest branch were not at all helpful - very negative attitudes. Unfortunately "customer service" in the UK is largely a time-wasting joke. 🤬

@BarclaysUK why am I repeatedly getting “bad request” when I click log in on online banking??

  • Dom_Twyford Dominic Twyford (@Dom_Twyford) reported

Anyone heard of a bank that thinks it’s ok for a customer to have no access to online + telephone banking for 8 weeks? Lots of meaningless messages from people that can’t help @BarclaysUK And complaint buried. #CustomerService #Barclays #BrandExperience

  • 66SamThompson Sam Thompson (Samsformers) (@66SamThompson) reported

@BarclaysUK please can you help me with paying in a cheque on your app. The photo feature is terrible, I can’t possible take a clearer straighter image and the app distorts it. Any suggestions?

@BarclaysUK @Barclays as I write, I’ve been waiting on the phone for 1.5 hours trying to get a mortgage redemption statement, listening to inane music. I won’t take it out on the person who eventually answers, but seriously, what kind of customer service do you call this?
