@BarclaysUK you’ve made a cockup of my iPhone purchase - having spent an hour on the phone I asked for an escalation- told I’d be contacted in 72 hours - that hasn’t happened - but your sending me bot messages - this is your issue to sort out - not mine - sort it out.
