@BarclaysUK After being with Barclays for over 25 years I have decided to leave. All the branches near me have closed down. I'll be going to one of the other banks that still give it's customers local branches that handle real money.

@mark_underwater @BarclaysUK How it works is simple. I bought my phone outright and didn't have to enter any agreement with anyone. My service is non contract and I can leave/switch whenever I like. Times have changed muchacho, you should try to get with them.

@BarclaysUK please help. The Business Support Team do not appear to be able to answer phones, respond to chat or answer emails. The lack of support is also in branch with the 2 team members here sadly saying ‘We are not the right grade.’ Who at Barclays is?

It cost £160 Its an Android it's also built like a brick **** house because it's designed to take a beating from people who participate in outdoor sports. @BarclaysUK I've received MULTIPLE calls from Barclays over the same issue.I've spoken to different staff over the same issue. I continue to receive calls & 6 conflicting letters sent days apart. ALL saying different things.can I talk to someone that can actually sort this out.
