@BarclaysUK why do your staff online make it so difficult to close a help to buy ISA? Asked yesterday for it to be closed and confirmed multiple times yet today I find the account still active on the basis they were waiting for me to confirm yet it was confirmed 3 times!

Quite unbelievable that I am still waiting for @BarclaysUK to even acknowledge my complaint that they received on the 5th of November 2022. According to the Barclays website "we aim to contact you within 24 hours." I have now referred my complaint to the Ombudsman

@Barclays @BarclaysUK Shame you’re not the ‘banking partner’ for your day to day customers. Apparently I can only shop online now if I validate a transaction via your app (previously three options incl. text). Whatever happened to choice and putting the customer first.

@BarclaysUK just been cut off after holding an hour on phone. Trying to find out how to add users to community club business online service. Nothing helpful on website and in branch staff had no idea either. Any help would be great thank you.
