@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUK Escalate a DD indemnity claim in respect of an incorrect payment. Manager (Mike / staff ID: G01174631) claims he’s too busy to speak to me, refusing to provide his surname & hiding behind the T1 team. Is this how you treat a Customer of > 25 years.

@BarclaysUK Help, please!? Trying to open an account for my teenager. However, the branch is only open Monday to Friday 9-3.30 and video banking appointments finish at 3pm, Monday to Friday!! He's at school.... Only solution I can think of is going with a different bank.
