****-mum (@maxiv45) reported@BarclaysUK help why a brand new Samsung tablet won't install Barclays app through Google play - it says it's not compatible but is running android 16 so should. Tablet was purchased specifically to access bank app at home securely as opposed to using phone.

Top Gnu (@TopGnu) reported@BarclaysUK your app's broken. The Ts and Cs open automatically on login but then there's no button to dismiss them. So it's impossible to use the app at all. This is in iOS.

I paid for 7-8pm delivery on 17 Oct, money has cleared out of account, grocery wasn't delivered Sainsburys asked to DM on fri, which I done & they wont respond
