@BarclaysUK was looking to move to your premier Avios account but your service is diabolical. Couldn’t be setup over the phone, advised to go to the Glasgow branch - when arrived I was told to come back in 5 weeks for the next available appointment, thank goodness for @monzo

Trying to sort out issues with my mortgage with @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp Twice this week I've been on hold for more than 45 minutes. I'm on hold again. Current wait time? 80 minutes! Coupled with the worst automated greeting system I've ever encountered. Sort it out Barclays!

@BarclaysUK why is it not possible to have a proper conversation on the help chat in the Barclays app. I take it the people on the other end don’t speak English as their first language. Very annoying to bank with an English bank and not being able to communicate properly

@BarclaysUK It's ironic. The Barclays app is the only app I've tested which has major VoiceOver issues with the iOS 16 beta. Usually, I'm singing its praises as a model of #accessibility. I'm sure the developers will act & ensure that blind customers can still use mobile banking this autumn!
