@BarclaysUK fix your mobile app, it's impossible to pay in cheques. It's not a problem with my photo, the light, the angle whatever, I've read the copy and paste replies 100 times, it's a problem with your apps OCR, it's been like this for years! Terrible

@BarclaysUK service status on your website says your APP is working fine... it isn't.... an hour ago same service status said under maintenance.... so clearly someone isn't updating the site correctly

@BarclaysUK Is your video calling service currently working? I’m trying to open two BarclayPlus accounts without going into a branch but there is no Video Call option available within the app and the separate Video calling app needs a link to be sent to it

@quandromache I hear you! I was a @BarclaysUK customer for years (2002 ish until 2019). Suddenly, no more, can't possibly have customers living abroad. Funnily enough, @HSBC_UK have no problems and haven't closed my account for the crime of living abroad!
