Harry Wraith (@NotHarry16) reported@BarclaysUK Trying to switch my joint account to you to get the £200 switch payment. It says I must use the app to do this which I've done, but it didn't provide an option for joint. I now find out you can't open a joint account in the app. What a **** experience.

Simon Richardson (@SimonRi80242022) reported@Dpd_hub_uk - @BarclaysUK Please do not use DPD for the delivery of any Tech Insurance kit. (I will be cancelling all the Barclays Techpack insurance due to the service from DPD) They basically don't ever deliver anything and then just lie and state it could not be delivered.

She’s rung to make a complaint only to be told they will log a ticket but they can’t compensate her for it. Disgusting
