    @BarclaysUK & the insurance partners they use coming up as the worst customer service ever had to date. charge more for a product and the service becomes worse. 23 years a customer and they don’t care.

    So @BarclaysUK, tried to call my branch for change, no answer. Went in, no counter and when opened 30-45 min wait! Tell me again how you support businesses? 🤡 @paulbristow79 time to help the city people by getting touch on banks. #poorcustomerservice

    @BarclaysUK absolutely disgusted with your customer services; upgraded my phone, cannot access banking app, cannot access online banking, on hold for customer services for 30 mins and then get cut off, no way to raise a complaint by email or online without logging in! HELP!!!!!!!

    Massive credit to @BarclaysUK and the Manager in the Hartlepool branch for sorting this out, as Barclays Customer Service over the phone was a struggle!!
