    @BarclaysUK I moved away from UK 2 years ago and realized that I didn't close my account. My PINSentry is bust (and card is expired). I can access online banking with passcode etc. But can't transfer money without a PINSentry. I'd like to transfer and close account, please advise

    I decided a few weeks back to try and tackle it causing a massive spike in anxiety ****. I was told by some that my debt wasn’t big enough to be able to get help, my bank (@BarclaysUK) basically told me I was a bad risk and didn’t want to know me and yesterday I hit a real..2/

    @BarclaysUK If we are in are 40's professional trader, can we opt out from your binance protection. I'm having to set up different exchanges and now changing banks. I understand you want to apply protection, but their should be an opt out function. You are a service, well diservice I use

    @BarclaysUK Barclays still milking the Covid crisis. Prepare to write off half a day if you need to speak to someone. How this bank has gone down the tubes unbelievable decline of service.

    @BarclaysUK Trying to open a new account. Waited over an hour on 6 separate occasions on video calling app. Disconnected when I reach the top each time. Went to branch today & told 5 weeks wait for an appt. so fed up. Utterly fed up. Pls help.

    Awesome customer service @BarclaysUK … New debit card being rejected at Barclays ATM, branch closed before 15:00 on a Friday & taken me 25min just to get to speak with a human at Barclays & I’m still holding 36min later for outcome. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

    I'd love to know what's "Premier" about the service I've received from @BarclaysUK Chat on the App! Absolutely disgraceful would be a better description. Now I have to phone a premium number from my mobile! After wasting 40 minutes of my day. The same as on Friday! @Barclays
