    @BarclaysUK absolutely dreadful service trying to get through to someone in Barclays. Automated machines galore and when you finally get through to someone after 30 minutes they hang up on you disgrace !

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK I need to be able to contact customer services by email. The messaging service on your App is simply not a sufficient communication vehicle for what appears to be a too complex a matter for your online team to desk with #unhappycustomer

    Hey @BarclaysUK, in your awful android app, how can I turn off your relentless flow of adverts? I'm not interested in a loan from you, the fact I'm 'pre-approved', by which I think you mean approved, is of no interest. How can I stop my experience being bombarded by your ads?

    @santanderukhelp @NatWest_Help @BarclaysUK I'm considering switching my current to one of you as my current bank isn't working for me. Do any of you provide a service to pay in cheques on the app? And has your app had much downtime in the last 6 months?
