@BarclaysUK wtf can’t even open a kids bank account. Been in branch next appointment is November 7th, try video calling to open one. Doesn’t even work, phoned they said make an appointment at branch. 2 people behind in queue same issue they going to another bank. Complete joke

@Barclays after two weeks of poor service @BarclaysUK help desk promised me resolution in 48 hours, now after three weeks still nothing. Barclays help desk tried to stop me raising a formal complaint and when they eventually did raise one I have heard nothing back on that either

@BarclaysUK Hello is anyone working on the live chat service on the Barclays app. I sent them a message this and still waiting for an answer but no one has bothered to answer it, is there a way you can let them or will make a complaint about live chat service
