Allegedly 2 have been posted out, but they have not been received. You refuse to send via courier at OUR cost. You refuse to allow her grandson to collect it in a branch

You might want to try contacting Barclays' customer support directly, either by phone or through their website's live chat, to get help with deleting payees. They should be able to guide you through the process or do it for you.

The website says "If you want to withdraw over £2,000, please give us 24 hours’ notice so we can make sure the money’s ready for you to collect" but branch phone numbers aren't provided. Top Gnu (@TopGnu) reported@BarclaysUK your app's broken. The Ts and Cs open automatically on login but then there's no button to dismiss them. So it's impossible to use the app at all. This is in iOS.
