@LossAssessors4U @Tony_Raynor @BarclaysUK Working from home does not equate "not giving a monkeys". Our company is based on home working as we have people spread across Europe. It does not mean we don't give a monkeys. Office costs over 2000€/month (guess who will pay for that?) & limits our choice to local people.

@BarclaysUK I am finding it impossible to deal with Barclays. My debit card expired and my only access to my banking was via the online pin sentry system. unfortunately I live in Cape Town and therefore Unable to visit a branch. I have sent letters providing my new address so
