@BarclaysUK @Barclays My last name in my credit card is wrong and I have tried to correct it for the last past 4 months to no avail. Have gone to the branch, called customer service numerous times, wrote to @Visa and no one solves it. Please help.

Well this is not news but a @BarclaysUK is an awful bank with awful service. They have been holding 5k of mine since 2/11/22 and have not transferred it back to me. I gave them everything they requested on 19/12/22 yet I keep being told to wait 5 working days. @financialombuds

@BarclaysUK Thanks, it would be really helpful to understand why the decision was made that a customer would be impacted (loss of account, loss of money and difficulty opening new account) due to Barclays not having enough people in the KYC team, why not just remove the closure threat?

@BarclaysUK Why is it so difficult to speak to a member of staff regarding opening a new account. Your phone and online service is NOT user friendly. Will you please send me a direct contact number for UK opening joint accounts.

@BarclaysUK Hi, I keep getting told to update my business account, today I was told it will be closed in two months if I don't. The KYC dept don't answer the phone, they don't reply to emails, and no one else can help. Before closing accounts please fix your resourcing problems👍
