    So Barclays Bank has gone from our high street. Nearest one is now MK which is 30 mins away. I have a new phone and no access to the app therefore no access to any money @BarclaysUK

    Please help. I have not had access to my money with @BarclaysUK for over 10 working days with no comms or response to my complaint that they had confirmed would be responded to no later than yesterday. I am at my wit's end. Can you help please? @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp

    WARNING: The @BarclaysUK Travel Pack is not fit for purpose. I'm currently stranded abroad in a legal emergency and the "Emergency Assistance" is non-existent. Paid for a service that leaves you vulnerable when you need it most. Avoid at all costs.

    @BarclaysUK New terms and conditions opening the app on Apple iPhone does not show accept/decline option so cannot clear page to access account. Works on android, not Apple.
