    @BarclaysUK, I have applied for mortgage at Barclays. My solicitor has requested a decision on an allowance I am receiving from the seller and your team has not replied on it since a month. Can you please help me sort it out? Or I will loose the property deal.

    @BarclaysUK I am trying to pay off my secondary mortgage, got redemption statement for initial mortgage and paid off. Trying to get any help is impossible. Chat not monitored, email not monitored, phone 40 minutes waiting then cut off. Ffs what sort of customer service is this?

    So @BarclaysUK, tried to call my branch for change, no answer. Went in, no counter and when opened 30-45 min wait! Tell me again how you support businesses? 🤡 @paulbristow79 time to help the city people by getting touch on banks. #poorcustomerservice

    @U2justmeKT @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I agree. The service is so poor. Outdated tech systems that cost clients money. I've had 10 years of promises (lies) telling me they're upgrading yet here we are, another €30 phone call.

    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK Is some ever going to contact me??? Over an hour wait on the online chat and over 40 mins on the phone!!! No wonder you don’t have an email address for anyone to reply too. Even by your own incredibly bad levels of customer service this is poor

    @MorganMarkF @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I think Barclays are still in the very dark ages when it comes to customer service. We stopped using them many moons ago, just too expensive for their own good. You should ask for a refund! As a gesture of goodwill, if that even is a thing anymore. Xktx

    @BarclaysUK the never ending clown show that is your coustomer care/ complaints dept continues. Another week and nothing. 10+ years we've been asking for help, the @financialombuds found in my favour and all you lot do is ignore.... weaponising silence isn't negotiations
