    @BarclaysUK customer service is absolutely diabolical! Complaints team can’t even deal with a complaint, they can’t call you back as agreed and then hang up on you when you ring…. Another 40 minutes in a queue 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @BarclaysUK What a joke! As not currently a customer, & wanting to open a 1yr Cash Isa, we had to call to make a branch apmt. Of the 11 “LOCAL” branches, only Rhyl (50 miles - 1hr 5 mins away) was the only branch with any appointment space in the next 4 weeks. “Computer says no”🤬

    Hi @BarclaysUK 2weeks ago I opened your flexible Isa, because the isa transfer failed, I accidentally open another. I requested1 to be closed, after may calls each time being told it will happen in 3 days nothing has happened. Please help me contact someone who can.

    Forgotten how awful bank branches can be. Have to pay in cheque at @BarclaysUK for PoA. Can’t use machines because the POA card issued by bank doesn’t work in them. No sign of human help at front desk and massive queue for only staffed desk.

    @BarclaysUK In order to prove that I was innocent, I went to the Royal Bank of Scotland to negotiate with their anti-fraud department. But you, Barclays, think that I have a mental problem and keep calling you to update what happened.
