  Def changing banks now due to how poor service at @BarclaysUK is. Awful banking app, long waiting times to speak to a human being, and to top things off my 2 closest branches have recently shut meaning I'm more or less reliant on phone / app to speak to someone. 0/10

  @BarclaysUK Wouldn't advise this, unless you want to spend endless hours in phone queues trying to get customer support. 1 hour 35 minutes so far.

  @Betbuddy4u @BarclaysUK am having this same issue today. Are the lines down? On hold 13 min, line went dead, on hold 38 min, line went dead, now on hold 1 hr 15 min-- happy to keep holding but wondering if there is a tech issue going on and if today is not the day to phone?

  @BarclaysUK My card was locked, I changed my phone number and my pin sentry was unusable. I need to transfer my money to another card. I sent essential files to the leicester bank already. However, no response until now. Could you please help me deal this emergency.

  @ScornflakeGrrrl @BarclaysUK everyone I know who banks with them says they have awful customer service (and my dad still hates them for not pulling out of SA during apartheid... he holds a grudge). I bank with co-op and have always had 5* customer service with them! my parents use HSBC and like them too
