    @abrooks017 @BarclaysUK (2) into disrepute as a result of some low-life insurance company. I wouldn't have expected that from something Barclays sold since their customer service for everything else has been top-notch and staff extremely helpful. Ditch LSG Barclays before it's too late.

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I have lost two weeks rent, my friends are still unable to move in due to incredibly poor customer service and repeated extensions on a deadline for my permission to let to be reviewed, I have called multiple times, please sort it out ASAP

    @BarclaysUK Barclays Branch Knowle SOLIHULL I went to your branch today to complete an urgent banking matter at 2.30pm to find the doors locked ! A notice said that you now close at 2pm !! How does this fit with you promising to help ? Do you not want business anymore ?

    @balhamnewsie @tootingnewsie @BarclaysUK Barclays customer service has been appalling during the pandemic. It's hardly going to get better with branch closures. An hour wait recently at the branch in Wimbledon.

    BEWARE when finalising your mortgage with @BarclaysUK . Their staff do not know what the documentation means and contractual promises are broken. “Your refund of overpayments will arrive in 5 days.” It didn’t. I queried. Took two attempts cut off both times. Usual excuses. CRAP
