@BarclaysUK @Barclays are an absolute clown of a bank. Business banking? They aren't fit for purpose. Customer Service? Don't make laugh. Every week for over six months I spend a day ranting at them

Dear @BarclaysUK when your fraud prevention becomes service prevention, you’re getting it wrong.

@cozmo0_4 @MoneySavingExp @BarclaysUK Don't even log the complaint with them. They will close it straight away saying it's the process issue not the bank fault. They will re-assure that the feedback is important and nothing will change.... Terrible bank.

@jonhoneyball @BarclaysUK I've been with Barclays since 1978 and always found them to be excellent. Recently dealing with their executive team they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I often use Metro bank to deposit cash.

  • Sinbad2000 Steven H (@Sinbad2000) reported

hey @BarclaysUK is unilaterally closing a credit account within a month of opening it, with no notice, for an existing premier customer, and having the Fraud department make the notification considered Treating Customers Fairly?

  • Jonatha94252690 Jonathan Ross (@Jonatha94252690) reported

Is @BarclaysUK customer service broken? Numerous calls/emails, endless call waiting, never speaking to the same person twice. No ownership of failure. Why is the onus on the customer to secure a solution rather than @BarclaysUK to provide one? @BarclaysUK celebrating mediocrity.
