Hi @BarclaysUK I'm trying to open an account for my kids. What little video appointments there are, are only available in school hours. Your local branch closed down and no appointments at the one 40mins away. Not sure the system is inspiring confidence (and yes no phone one's)

@BarclaysUK customer service today by 2 agents was awful today, telling me I needed to go to a branch when I had already explained I had done that and they couldn’t help. Finally managed to speak with someone who actually wanted to help in the fraud team

@BarclaysUK I just got my pixel watch, and cannot link your cards with it. How come you support Apple pay and payments via the apple watch but refuse to support Google pay and android watches?

@BarclaysUK appalling service with European breakdown cover. 18 days & car still not repaired! Now being told hire car being withdrawn. Have a medical emergency and need to get back to UK. Shocking lack of assistance!!

This is a terrible bank that will lead to more terrible times for our Planet. Switch your account out of Barclays & into a greener Bank, Nationwide, Co-op.
