    @BarclaysUK 7/7 - 0/10 for customer service I'm afraid and I feel sorry for the vulnerable people and elderly who are not used to carrying out transaction digitally. Aside from the very real danger of pickpockets, the stress of going to the bank would deter them from even attempting a trip.

    @BarclaysUK I’ve just got a letter, supposedly from Barclays, but something seems off to me as it’s about a refund. The phone number quoted in the letter isn’t on your website that I can see. Can you confirm if 0800 634 3893 is a genuine Barclays phone number please? Bet it isn’t

    Hey @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp my app is telling me to call up as I can’t log in even before I tried logging in. Is there an issue with your app? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it’s doing the same thing.

    @HammersteinMatt I’m a 9 months pregnant customer, court hearing with @BarclaysUK in 2 weeks. @BarclaysUK missed court deadline in February to provide information to us under 3rd party debt order. Still no reply from your court orders team! Can you help?

    @BarclaysUK Why are environmentalists not attacking the constant promotion of built in obsolescence by industries and financiers? The first telephone I can remember (a landline) was on the house for 17 years that I know of, still working fine when I left.
