    @BarclaysUK 1)Once again absolutely abominable service (loosely called service) from Barclays. Have now been on the phone for 1 hour 55 mins!! Ordered a Barclaycard to buy a new laptop from John Lewis. Received card, activated it and payment declined!

    How useles are @BarclaysUK these days. Went into my local branch a few mins ago with my bank card to deposit some foreign currency (Swiss Francs) and nobody working behind the desk to accept the money. They suggest I return Saturday ( I’m working then). What on earth??

    @BarclaysUK 3) what did she do, put me through to India who could not understand and she cut me off. Tried to speak to Jess again and she finished work at 3pm and said she would call me Monday. Fat lot of good! Rubbish service. Ended up buying laptop on debit card. Waste of time
