@BarclaysUK -switched my account away from @NatWest_Help and the switch service has meant my outstanding balance has not transferred over, so I’m without funds. Your CS told me it could be days before I have money in my account. Maybe don’t sell the switch service as seamless.

@WhatNowDoc @Barclays @BarclaysUK Correct there error as it stated in the small print “no errors for this TT will be attributed to us!” So 1 week after they eventually paid back the fee (plus a load of interest) we dumped them like the crooks they are. Never to be trusted

@jonhoneyball @BarclaysUK I've been with Barclays since 1978 and always found them to be excellent. Recently dealing with their executive team they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I often use Metro bank to deposit cash.

@WhatNowDoc @Barclays @BarclaysUK Very sad. Many big companies won’t give email addresses & make it very difficult to contact . Some give phone numbers and can be virtually impossible to get through . You listen to music for an age and often get cut off or they say you have to speak to someone else . Been there .
