    @BarclaysUK @firstdirect sorry guys - no other words, the app to pay Barclaycard bill direct is utter **** To pay you need code from your debit provider Log on to that & Barclaycard logs you off their app. Never been so frustrated Shambolic Woeful Inept Wasting life to pay a bill

    @BarclaysUK I am absolutely dumbstruck that I can’t activate my online app without a UK number. I am an international client and I don’t have a UK number. A person would think with todays technology they would be able to overcome the basics of international client service dilemma

    @BarclaysUK how the heck am I supposed to help my 18yo (doing a-levels) sort his current account ID if he has to come into branch and you shut them at half-past-flipping-three ??? It's as if you don't want the business....

    @BarclaysUK takes nearly £600 from my account in error, and then they expect me to wait 3-5 working days to get it back. I can pay money immediately with a debit card, and they're a bank. They know they made an error. Why can't they pay that back immediately? Terrible service.

    I’m pretty sure that somehow @BarclaysUK are making small amounts of money temporarily disappear from my online banking app transactions then making them reappear a few days later Sunday some money disappeared & I was nearly caught out at a self service checkout & walked off

    @BarclaysUKHelp Look, @BarclaysUK @Barclays makes annual profits of £billions Is it too much to ask, after they closed so many local branches to save cost/increase profit, that one gets good customer service, or that the apps for automated online banking work reliably? Have dev team phone me.

    @BarclaysUK @NatWest_Help Yes, you must tap backwards a month at a time to get to your DOB. If you grumble, the ‘helper’ says “it isn’t helping to complain”. At the end, “can I do anything else to help”. “Yes, is it true you can’t approve transactions on mobile?” “I can’t answer – you’re not mandated.”
