    @dominic_mcg @BarclaysUK LOL. Did something with bank today but it didn't work. Rang up and spoke to someone, "Oh, yes, there's a glitch." What? There's a glitch!?! How do you know how much imaginary money everyone has when there are glitches!?!?

    @BarclaysUK Is it just me, or is Barclays Bank near on impossible to get hold of? Automated messages which lead to more and more options then not the option you need and NO online help centre unless you have iPhone!! Arrrghhh - How do we get through?

    @BarclaysUK Closing our branch in Dolgellau leaving a 70 mile round trip to the nearest one. Say to use a post office...ours is barely open once a week. Teaching my kids to bank and take money to pay in. Well they can't do that now. Elderly population who have nowhere to access

    @afrozefz the emoji use is really bizarre @BarclaysUK and the offer of support also seems to be negligible - do you not actually have any policies on what to do in situations where people leave abusive partners? or is it just performative offers of "support"
