@AshleyJLambert @BarclaysUK Some branches eg Winchester let you have access to the banking machines outside of counter hours. Cannot see how shedding of staff and buildings is anything more than a profit margin issue. Shunting actual banking on customers.

Hey @BarclaysUK I asked you nicely to be kind & waive my mortgage repayment fee as I'm having to sell my house after my husband's sudden death, but you've refused as it's "against your policy" (fine within 12 months of customer death, otherwise no). How can I change your mind?

@BarclaysUK absolutely appalled by your customer service. My father has banked with you for over 60 years. He’s suddenly very unwell and in a residential home. We need ratify an LPA. First appointment offered 08.02. We need to pay care home bills. We live 2 hours away. Disgusted

@BarclaysUK Hi, I keep getting told to update my business account, today I was told it will be closed in two months if I don't. The KYC dept don't answer the phone, they don't reply to emails, and no one else can help. Before closing accounts please fix your resourcing problems👍

@BarclaysUK Today, my Barclaycard App on my Android phone, stopped working, so I deleted it and tried to re-install it. Re-setting this up has been so painful that I have given up. Ridiculous! I am lucky that I can still access my account via the App on my iPad.

@BarclaysUK Thanks, it would be really helpful to understand why the decision was made that a customer would be impacted (loss of account, loss of money and difficulty opening new account) due to Barclays not having enough people in the KYC team, why not just remove the closure threat?
