    So the latest update from @BarclaysUK in response to not being able to repair my phone and making me wait 28 days for a replacement, meaning I had to spend £1000 replacing my own phone is to compensate me £20… Twenty ******* pounds for 28 days of no working phone!! 😡😡

    well done @BarclaysUK you have now made your bank impossible to contact...just spent 45 minutes bouncing between your pointless bot and your ineffective phone line ...and got ZERO % further forward who do i invoice for my wasted time?

    Another update: we started a new business and need another business account, @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp still can't open a business account unless we wait 1-2 months to drive to an appointment with someone at a branch almost 50 miles from where I live... Absolute ****.

    i have never experienced such a bad service as I have today with @BarclaysUK On the phone to them for nearly 2 hours at 55p a minute to find out that thousands of pounds they transferred without my agreement I will never get back. Does anyone know who I can speak to for advice ?

    @BarclaysUK horrific customer service from your call centre . The first rep hung up on me mid afternoon 40 min on hold, the second one resolved the issue after 35 min, but sent me back to the automation, after I requested to speak to customer service . Please contact me

    @BarclaysUK do you allow a different limit on contactless cards, eg £40. If so how or can I cancel the contactless access on my debit card.

    Hey @BarclaysUK, just wondering if or when you are going to take into account co-parenting when applying for a mortgage, it doesn’t ask this on the mortgage calculator or mortgage in principle application and just asks if you have a dependent which takes the borrowing limit down

    @scook2003 @jacqui703 Could be a genuine customer mistyped their number when verifying their account, but in Barclays SMS to me, no phone number is displayed from BARCLAYS (never BarclaysUK) also has a message under their text saying, 'sender doesn't support replies'- this one appears a clever fake

    @BarclaysUK Communicating with you is impossible. Secure messages down. Chat down. Repetitive music on hold causes brain damage. Now after wasting an hour I'm just cut off. Just waiting to see if the person I was talking to has enough pride in his work to call me back. Doubt it!
