    @BarclaysUK Hi! I called from overseas last week to close my account. I am supposed to receive my statements for the last 5 years through email. I received an email saying my statement is now available to view online. I tried to log into my Barclays account, but there's an error.

    Tried to open a bank account for my 13YO son @BarclaysUK yesterday, really poor customer service- was told basically that as I don’t bank with them that’s it’s difficult to open an account, felt like we were fobbed off and it was in the too difficult to do box #disappointed
