    @BarclaysUK The removal of your Cheadle, Staffs branch has caused absolute havoc. I'm telling you this as someone who works in a business next door to its old location. Everyone is struggling to access cash, especially the elderly. The remaining bank is rarely open. Disgraceful.

    @BarclaysUK get rid of your video and ID verification on the app. Opened debit account only to access chat as you won't answer phones about my credit card. No online messaging. Local branch closed down. Why so difficult??? HSBC opened no issues no silly video verification needed

    @BarclaysUK is there an error online with ‘setting spend limits’. If you click on the options under your account ‘manage’ setting all the options are missing for cash points and online spending??!
