  • kategreeneditor Kate Green (@kategreeneditor) reported

    .@BarclaysUK woke to text saying I’m overdrawn & credit rating is at risk. But I left Barclays years ago. Told on phone that no help available; must go to branch with ID. When I said I’m laid very low with covid & isolating, they hung up. So now I’m both sick AND stressed. Help?

  • Susannahfisher Dr Susannah Fisher (@Susannahfisher) reported

    @kategreeneditor @BarclaysUK Wow, sounds like a scam and so strange they can't help you on the phone.

    @ickle_meg @BarclaysUK Mine isn’t working either🥲!

  • willsh John V Willshire (@willsh) reported

    Well, @BarclaysUK have replaced their previously excellent customer service help with the worst chatbot + chat queue I've ever experienced. Seriously, why would you destroy your own reputation this way?* (*kidding, we all know why)

    @kategreeneditor @BarclaysUK This is terrible.

  • clairesebas Claire Sebastian (@clairesebas) reported

    @BarclaysUK been in branch for over one hour and my enquiry is still not dealt with. Currently now on hold using the in-store telephone to speak to Business Banking and STILL waiting. Such bad service!

  • JoshuaF20347336 Joshua Fletcher (@JoshuaF20347336) reported

    @BarclaysUK If $UPST is worth $109 a share $LC should be $58 a share. Same revenue, $LC grew faster in 2021, same expected revenue growth for 2022. Only difference is margin on that revenue & that % should be the difference in market cap, same product & customer, diff. delivery
