@BarclaysUK you keep sending me texts claiming my email details are incorrect, but deny me the ability to respond, since they are sent from a ‘no reply’ number. You don’t have a customer services email address, so I can’t contact you by email. What is going on? FFS!

  • jemmawithajuh jem (@jemmawithajuh) reported

@BarclaysUK hi. How can I email a complaint please? I've been trying to deal with this for over a week by phone and Web chat and service has been bad. Is there an email address I can have please?

@carolinefff @BarclaysUK I went to a funeral last week. Crematorium had a rainbow flag on its website. No other flags obviously. Too much.

@BarclaysUK I have been receiving letters about an outstanding payment. Firstly I don't remember opening a Barclays credit card account and if I did, it has been a long time and no payments should be outstanding. I don't have any idea what my login details will be. Can you help?

  • MaSuggitt Ma (@MaSuggitt) reported

@BarclaysUK have you got an issue with banking ? I don’t seem to exist anymore ? Endless error messages 😭

  • ElviraHausler Elvira Häusler (@ElviraHausler) reported

used to be so happy with @BarclaysUK . But customer services seems to be only for UK residents. Having tried time and again to speak to someone to help me access my account, I keep getting no helpful response. Locked out of my account. #CustomerService #customerexperience

@carolinefff @BarclaysUK Not interested in this @BarclaysUK. I just want a banking service. I can do the moralising for myself.

@BarclaysUK I'm very disappointed that you are getting rid of PINGIT. It was excellent. Don't @me with the corporate bullshit answer. Just to say you have one disappointed customer here.

  • Beardof77 Scott (@Beardof77) reported

@apple and @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp together provide shocking service. Because of an email glitch at their end, I am unable to proceed with an order. Wasted an afternoon getting nowhere. #poorcustomerservice

@BarclaysUK Does that quarter comes from 'trust fund' families, how on hell do I save a deposit when I get such a derisory wage working for the NHS??
