  @Barclays @BarclaysUK , Worse Bank Ever ! Every day Having to Call them, >5 times in last ten days or so. They block the most redisclose of payments like to your energy provider, Or you shop for an hour in a supermarket to get to checkout and they decline your card, then block it after u check balance in a machine outside, to only then when you see you have money in there struggling to understand wtf is going on, you try remove the money then it kills the card. Every one knows how embarrassing issues like huge que waiting for me and my useless plastic. Then U have to apply new card.... "We activated the touchless payment so u can use it while you wait for new card", they say. Ordered card on 11th the card never turns up but a letter from them did. and surprise surprise u can use it in all the shops touchless other than the shops you want to use it. Great work guys..... @grok what do you make of these shenanigans, do you think a bank like this is fit for purpose ?

  i have a problem i lost my card the other day after shopping at my local supermarket and although you have emailed to say you have posted my newcard out to me as a pensioner with health problems is there any alternative for me to get some money out to keep me going until my new card arrives other than going into town which will be difficult for me practically to get to my local branch? @BarclaysUK

  @Barclays @BarclaysUK what is going on with your Barclays app. Every single day it’s impossible for me to login from the first time. Have to wait for it load, move to a different location and It doesn’t load properly, and constantly lagging. It’s becoming very frustrating.

  @AllTheTimeRef @BarclaysUK I got a similar call. WASN’T Barclays but a scammer pretending to be. Barclays fraud team superb in the help they eventually gave me.

  @BarclaysUK Been a Barclays customer ever since I came to London but now a payment of over £10,000 is stuck somewhere between the sender bank and Barclays for OVER A MONTH now and Barclays cannot give me any written evidence??? Are you SERIOUS?!

  @BarclaysUK so you changed the system and sent me a membership number to use Barclays internet banking instead of the Barclaycard site. Didn’t work. Spent an hour on the phone supposedly sorted. No. And now my phone app isn’t working and have deleted and downloaded it three times
