    @BarclaysUK I just spent AN HOUR on the phone internationally with your support, and it cut off after exactly 60 minutes. I assume that was my phone company. How do I get a callback?

    @BarclaysUK so your online messaging app is awful, and your phone service even worse. Trying to pay off my overdraft after switching accounts, and the latest advice I got was to go into a bank with the cash! Been trying for a month to pay it off

    @BarclaysUKHelp Nope! Waited another 50 mins to get through to the mortgage. Absolutely flabbergasted. Difficulties is an understatement. What if someone required desperate help?? I have tried for 5 days to call, each time waiting for an hour. Really wish I wasn’t with @BarclaysUK

    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK @Barclays why when phone cuts off the customer service team never call back after 30mins waiting to speak to someone verify your name, phone number and address for them to cut off time & time again and not have the decency to call back

    @BarclaysUK So the offshore curse strikes again - when are companies such as @barclays going to realise offshoring to save a few quid decimates the customer satisfaction ratings ? Absolute torture trying to get anything resolved via offshore support!
