    @BarclaysUK Your customer service is horrendous at the moment. I am fed up with being put on hold for over 15 minutes every time I call. I am a”premier” customer and yet I left feeling let down and ignored. I am currently on hold (over 9 minutes)!!!

    Back home and AGAIN having to phone @BarclaysUK about another erroneous @PayPalUK payment. Every ******* Saturday I waste an hour sorting out this ****. Gets refunded and STILL gets taken. Bank recommendations anyone?
