    @BarclaysUK why does your app never work? The service is beyond poor. Every time my phone updates or there's a change in the weather your app stops working. There's no point being with you anymore

    Barclays only let you “activate the app” to access my ISA if I have a debit, credit or mortgage. Don’t have any. Brilliant @BarclaysUK

    @BarclaysUK then implied we are trying to fraudulently access her account. She is now worried sick they said we do a home visit now told you don’t do this but was offered it. I’m so frustrated we have no help at all
