QualityShares (@qualityshares) reported@BarclaysUK Hi, I'm struggling to get into my account and apparently my card details are not recognised by the mobile app. As I'm not able to log into the app I can't get access to the 24/7 chat so I'd appreciate a message from you so I don't have to wait until phone lines open. Thanks

Michael H Blank (@MichaelHBlank) reported@BarclaysUK I've been on your site for a while. I would think it would be easier to get ahold of someone in your fraud department, but I guess not? Could someone please contact me.

Jeffrey Billings (@Jefferz_UK) reported@Barclays @BarclaysUK I am unable to order a chequebook online and the site tells me to visit a branch. However, sadly my nearest branch after my local one in #Maldon #closed is now in #Chelmsford. Which is a 20-minute walk and a 45 min bus ride away. What can I do?
