@BarclaysUK impossible to get in touch, phone waits excessive, no email address, have a specific query I need you to sort, ie my daughter's surname incorrect, this happened when I opened the account. Poor customer service, you are not accessible.

@BarclaysUK been on hold for over 50 minutes now. Ridiculous. I’m a potential new customer enquiring about a recent application. I’ve waited 3 weeks so far with no comms, and can’t get through to anyone. Called yesterday, waited 35 minutes for someone to answer and cut me off.

@BarclaysUK just had the misfortune of needing to use a branch in Manchester City centre after queuing at market st branch for 25 mins to be told no counter service getting sent to their only other branch in the city to find out there is a hour que for counter service tinpot outf

@BarclaysUK Hi Is there an issue with online banking atm? Just logged into my business accounts no problem, but when I try to switch customes to other accounts I have access to I get an error message 404 and logged out of everything.

@AmazonUK I think you definitely need to work with a better credit provider than @BarclaysUK I have now had 43 people contact me with regards to them TRYING TO PAY VIA CREDIT all have good credit and turned down by barclays why not try and partner with @Klarna they are better
