    @BarclaysUK app is saying my mobile is jail broken and not allowing me to access. It’s the same mobile I have had since we started banking with you. I absolutely do not want to restore my mobile to factory settings. Please help!!

    @BarclaysUK I've tried three times to use your online bereavement service to tell you of my Dad's passing, and three times I have got an error message directing me to fill it all in again - could you fix it please rather than making a hard thing even harder!
