@BarclaysUK hi there the cheque paying in option in the app is not working, I have multiple cheques to pay in.. it was fine to use until recently has changed again. Local branches have closed so that isn’t an option. Is this being repaired?

Hey @BarclaysUK, just wondering if or when you are going to take into account co-parenting when applying for a mortgage, it doesn’t ask this on the mortgage calculator or mortgage in principle application and just asks if you have a dependent which takes the borrowing limit down

@BarclaysUK my parents are insuranced with yourselves, there property flooded last night at 6pm, reported immediately looking for urgent help. they are 76 and 82. no response or help received so far..... is this normal customer care?
