@stockfastuk @BarclaysUK I tried calling..was on hold 6 hours, so then I tried the app, they told me to call the same darn number! So finally I went to the local branch today .. they spent over one hour on the phone helping me and finally the problems were solved! Thankfully! Whoopee!

@BarclaysUK -I've been trying to get you to refund an ERC that you were supposed to return to me in Sept 22. I've called four times and been told the payment is on the way. Two months later it hasn't arrived. I've made a formal complaint which hasn't been dealt with. Please help!

I connected to @BarclaysUK chat for a very simple issue bec they FORCE you to go to chat, blaming covid&volume of the work. it has been AN HOUR Im still waiting to solve the issue on the chat! This is BS. An international bank must set up a proper customer service!!

Stood in my now local @BarclaysUK branch ( miles away) waiting for an advisor so I can confirm my identity on my business account that I’ve had for over 7 years ! No staff available and the wait is ridiculous. What has happened to customer service? Get local branches back

Why is it so impossible to speak to someone @BarclaysUK had a letter to call and it’s 2hours wait on phone that no one is answering. Tried Apple chat and no one answered that either! How do I make a complaint without phoning?!
