    @BarclaysUK is there another way I can send proof of income for your Barclay card. Your online service always ends in an error message. I have tried servers times. I can not attend My local branch as it isn’t open past 2pm…. Help!

    Funny how when I purchase something @BarclaysUK charge me instantaneously but when I have an issue I can’t get a branch appointment at a convenient time for at least four weeks. Poor quality service

    @BarclaysUK @Barclays seems impossible to get any help on how someone has managed to open a credit card and attach it to my name… if I end up with crazy charges I’ll be even more annoyed than I am now that @Barclays seem lackadaisical about it!! 🤯🤬

    Report lost and stolen card immediately we're told. Except u cant. No.s on back of cards to ring arent dedicated, loads of log in, option hoops to jump through and at 1.45am last night a 45minute wait! @BarclaysUK @HSBC . We need a dedicated line! Its taken 12 hours to report

    @BarclaysUK absolutely shocking service! Trying to set online banking up for my dad, who has never recieved any comms (inc phone security number), was told to go into a branch! Branches/phone lines only open 9-5 Mon-Fri so how if you work 9-5 M-F are you supposed to achieve this?

    @BarclaysUK @Barclaycard can you please acknowledge the fact that you’ve made the error! I’ve contacted you on 3 separate occasions and all 3 times you’ve cut me off! Twice on the phone and once via the chat services within the app!

    @BarclaysUK then was told ring via the app. Oh wait! They are not open weekends! How is a major bank in the UK so unaccessable in 2021, especially when the majority of customers will now be online, you still expect people to attend branches of there is an issue?
