My local @BarclaysUK doesn't have an appointment to open a joint account until August! So have to travel 2 towns over. Yet again, @BarclaysUKHelp face-to-face customer service is terrible. Bet they shut the Redditch branch soon and old people are left to fend for themselves.

Hey @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp your chat function on the app is extremely frustrating but what’s worse is going through multiple menus on phone banking to try and speak to a human to solve the issue, only to be forced back to using the useless app chat. Please help!!!

I try to call, navigate the phone menu numbers to be told that customer service is only available via the chat function in the app on my mobile phone. Am now in a queue waiting. I am going to move banks. Any recommendations? @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK @Barclays
