    @WhichUK @WhichMoney I left @BarclaysUK due to the service. Terrible service, being pushed to do it all via a web chat in my app. Have not got time for conversations about my banking to go on all day, when a quick chat with a human would be enough.

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp No branch, no appropriate opening hours in the branch 5 miles away, can only transfer £2k on the app, spoke to someone who said I could transfer more, but now I need to speak to the fraud team who’ll ring tomorrow WHEN IM WORKING….. can you tell me HOW I can pay for my new car!

    @BarclaysUK just been into your edmonton branch even though the only person on the floor could see I could hardly stand or breath I asked for a chair to be told no is this tge great customer service again

    @BarclaysUK I can't login using mobile phone or membership number. Quite a shambles. Only want to check mortgage balance. Banking with yous must be a nightmare?

    @BarclaysUK Many hours wasted on your app’s chat facility and on hold to infuriating computers over the last THREE DAYS! Your customer service teams and call handling don’t seem to be able to cope with problems arising from your own technical faults.

    @BarclaysUK I do hope the government clamps down on companies that don’t answer calls within 10 minutes because Barclays will definitely be front runners for big fines
