    Trying to contact @BarclaysUK to order a statement is like pulling teeth. Over an hours wait on the phone banking to actually speak to someone, fewer branches as they were all closed down, and the statements in my app are no good for the solicitors apparently...

    @BarclaysUK. You send out demanding/intimidating letters telling customers to ring you, and then there are no agents to answer the call. Inhuman. NOT customer focused
