Harry Wraith (@NotHarry16) reported@BarclaysUK Trying to switch my joint account to you to get the £200 switch payment. It says I must use the app to do this which I've done, but it didn't provide an option for joint. I now find out you can't open a joint account in the app. What a **** experience.

Muhammet ATALAY (@muhammet_atalay) reported@BarclaysUK @Barclays : i was patient 5 years but no more tolerance .. i just sent below email to the another bank : " Hello ........., I received an automatic out-of-office message from ...... and thought I could move forward with your assistance. I would like to open a business account, as I am not satisfied with the service I receive from Barclays. I have had a business account with them since 2019, but the customer service has been consistently poor, so I have decided to stop working with them. Thank you for your help. "

mark brimblecombe (@markbrimblecom1) reported@Barclays I’ve banked with @BarclaysUK since I was 15 — 43 years without ever being overdrawn or causing a problem. I recently received a notice that my account will be closed because I now currently live overseas. I still hold a British passport, pay UK bills, and plan to return home regularly , and intend to retire in the UK. I completely understand compliance rules, but this feels harsh after four decades of loyalty. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this now common practice for British expats? Feels like loyalty no longer counts for much in modern banking.

Nathan Hart (@NathanHart1) reported@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp would be good if you let people know you're having issues.....again! Tried using card at Tescos and kept getting declined even though money in the account! Thankfully a customer services rep informed of the issues. Not good enough!
