    Important to work smarter and efficiently …. been waiting on the phone for over two hours to speak to @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp, after receiving message saying I had to call because they wanted some information. Utterly appalling customer service.

    Had a letter from @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp today regarding a charity account I am involved with saying I need to ring in the next 10 working days. I rang the number and there is a 2 hour wait to speak to someone! This kind of customer service is appalling.

    @BarclaysUK are driving me mad. Locked out of account twice in two days and stupid automated phone system does not help my anger and frustration

    10/10 for been absolute arses @BarclaysUK! You should receive an email explaining! 2 days later no email! No help on the phone what’s so ever! And blocked out my own account my own money MY MONEY not yours! Yet no access to it!! Outstanding 👏👏👏

    @BarclaysUK It was stated that Google Pay support would come 31st of January, yet I can't add my card to it. What's going on?

    @JasmineMouldin1 @BarclaysUK I have had exactly the same problem. Thanks for confirming that the 2 hour drop is a programmed Barclays action, I wasn't sure it is was just bad luck for me. They don't mention they will drop your call when they ask you to hold for more than 2 hours!

    @stockfastuk @BarclaysUK I tried calling..was on hold 6 hours, so then I tried the app, they told me to call the same darn number! So finally I went to the local branch today .. they spent over one hour on the phone helping me and finally the problems were solved! Thankfully! Whoopee!
