    @Barclays @BarclaysUK I get a notification that my account is under review- all accounts blocked EVEN my 92 yr old mother, she walked to local Tesco to find her card blocked ! What in the world has mother got to do with problem with my saving acc? No feedback - just wait!!

    @BarclaysUK @Barclays hey, I don’t mean to exclaim my thoughts out on twitter but why is Barclays trying to prevent from opening a new account. After being a loyal customer before ..This is my 4th attempt . Ffs just let me open my bank and go about my business

    @ellencmanning @BarclaysUK Sadly any sort of efficient #CustomerService these days is unachievable. The bigger the company, the worse the service. The exception in my opinion is @OctopusEnergy who are usually great and focused on the customers' needs, a real rarity
