@weenopod @BarclaysUK literally that’s why I knew I wasn’t calling after seeing the tweets about it. my bf can’t register his online backing app as he previously had a now closed Barclaycard and they’re saying the numbers in use still. Ridiculous, never known a service like it

@BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK not sure what it takes to get in touch with you. Am giving up at the end of today and moving my mortgage elsewhere. Appalling service.

@TNLUK Yes. This is a @BarclaysUK @BarclaysBizChat account using debit card. I understand from you previously there’s been an issue with commercial accounts adding funds. Do you know if this is fixed yet. It’s hard for work syndicates to add funds without using a personal bank account

  • aligreen9999 ali (@aligreen9999) reported

@BarclaysUK How can I contact Barclays? There is an hour-long queue when I try phoning, and with the Chat function on your website no-one answers.

@Gaylegerro @BarclaysUK I only really needed my bank to help once. They failed to help. Is time to just move to anyone else on mass as a message of thanks ?. @firstdirect

@Andy72726059 @BarclaysUK Absolutely, will not stand for their greenwashing and them pretending they care about environmental issues when they are funding activities which are causing climate change.

Barclays bank is madness. Do I really have to wait 1hr to see a @BarclaysUK customer service advisor??? No counter service? No physical barrier between staff and possible irate customers? Where’s your security? I’m shocked at this business model.
