    @BarclaysUK Update. The contacts app has just started crashing on start-up as well. And that is both with VoiceOver enabled and disabled. So there is certainly another app encountering serious problems in the #iOS16 public. Beta 4 on my iPhone.

    @BarclaysUK absolutely woeful with the tech pack insurance now. New service provider for phone Insurance and 17 days later still without a phone...taken my £100 excess though. Apparently next working day service. DO NOT get this account for the Insurance

    Not often I tweet these days, but can I just say how horrific the service @BarclaysUK is now. Stop using COVID as a reason for being under resourced, managers will not speak with you, wait times of over 1hr on the phone, incorrect information shared on letters. Your 💩!

    @BarclaysUK is it impossible to speak to someone? 7 weeks I have been locked out of my app. I’ve jumped through hoops yet still can’t gain access. 19 years I have been with you, looks like it’s time to find a new bank!
