    @BarclaysUK Update. The contacts app has just started crashing on start-up as well. And that is both with VoiceOver enabled and disabled. So there is certainly another app encountering serious problems in the #iOS16 public. Beta 4 on my iPhone.

    @BarclaysUK I have a problem with your insurance division and I don't have the qpp. You lost my phone and refuse to deliver the new one if I don't hand the old phone.. which you lost. I'm baffled 🤔

    @BarclaysUK sort out your abysmal customer service(?) A morning wasted on getting an answer to a simple question. The chat facility was useless (unhelpful generic responses) & the tel banking service was no better...40 mins on hold? Customer for 35 years+...not impressed.

    @BarclaysUK getting help is hopeless. No phone support and instead you force me to use the chat feature in the app. Everytime I open the chat window on Android it crashes. What's the point?

    @BarclaysUK My gf account have been frozen. She received email to upload explanation pdf on ur site. But she cant she getting errors. We waited for 90mins in branch for nothing. Tried to call helpline but her english isnt so good, and guy on the phone daid that he will connect with relevant

    @BarclaysUK can someone help me please I no longer hold an account with you I closed the account on the 28th but I have received a refund through PayPal which has gone to the old account as that’s where the payment was made

    @BarclaysUK - absolutely disgusting service online. Trying to complain in a chat that lasted over 1 hour, and you think it is acceptable to send texts at 4.45am!!!
