  @BarclaysUK I visited your only remaining branch in the city of Swansea this morning to pay coin into account. You only open the cash desk Mon-Fri I was informed. I work Mon-Fri? How am I supposed to pay actual money into my accounts? You charge me a fee yet I cannot access them?

Yes I know you can ask for a high visibility card but who on earth commissioned a BLACK card that sits in BLACK wallets and purses. Good luck finding it in a dark pub or club if you drop it.   @BarclaysUK I received an email stating that I can access the new Barclays cashback rewards. However when I try access it on the app, I don’t see a ‘Products’ section? Please can you advise how I sign up again (I was using rewards previously before the update)

  @BarclaysUK u f..king suck, you wont issue a refund for a fraudulent transaction, customer service is 💩 towards my mom and you constantly make me in overdrawn when I have no money to pay my phone bill even when I've contacted both sides

  @BarclaysUK App displaying plain blue screen at the start of logon this afternoon, I am presuming an issue at your end with this. App appears to be otherwise ok.

  @BarclaysUK Hi, I am having trouble finding the barclays app on the play strore. I am using a new Samsung Galaxy tab 9plus OS 15 with ui and security all upto date. Barclays say the app is compatible with my device but it won't show up on the play store. Help!

  @DragonPassInt @BarclaysUK Opened Travel plus pack 5 months ago and still no membership set up. Had £90 compensation after over 20 calls but still no membership or lounge access. Why am I sorting out all your admin?
