@BarclaysUK I visited your only remaining branch in the city of Swansea this morning to pay coin into account. You only open the cash desk Mon-Fri I was informed. I work Mon-Fri? How am I supposed to pay actual money into my accounts? You charge me a fee yet I cannot access them?

Cannot access my @BarclaysUK bank account from Aus and without logging into online banking you cannot speak to anyone other than on an international call. It has been over a year, please can you rectify this or respond to me. A very disappointed customer.

@BarclaysUK why can’t you accept Monzo bank accounts as the direct debit for your mortgages? Based on a few online forums it’s been a known issue for at least 2 years
