  @BarclaysUK I visited your only remaining branch in the city of Swansea this morning to pay coin into account. You only open the cash desk Mon-Fri I was informed. I work Mon-Fri? How am I supposed to pay actual money into my accounts? You charge me a fee yet I cannot access them?

  @BarclaysUK @HomeOfCricket Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex !   @BarclaysUK I am overseas and need help with my card urgently. I am unable to call Barclays. Some transactions have been made on my card which I need cleared from Barclays - it’s pending. Please help. I’ve tried live chat, calling & nothing is working.

  If you bank with @BarclaysUK then I suggest like me you consider moving your money somewhere else. I’ve been trying to get a problem sorted out now for nearly three days and guess what? Not resolved yet

  @BarclaysUK your service and support are absolutely diabolical - unable to use apple pay for over 6 weeks and no-one seems to know what they are doing. We'll be closing the account after 45 Years. No one cares!!

  @BarclaysUK @Barclays : i was patient 5 years but no more tolerance .. i just sent below email to the another bank : " Hello ........., I received an automatic out-of-office message from ...... and thought I could move forward with your assistance. I would like to open a business account, as I am not satisfied with the service I receive from Barclays. I have had a business account with them since 2019, but the customer service has been consistently poor, so I have decided to stop working with them. Thank you for your help. "

  @sainsburys Wheres my order still or my money back? @BarclaysUK can you guys help do a charge back on an order done with debit card? I paid for 7-8pm delivery on 17 Oct, money has cleared out of account, grocery wasn't delivered Sainsburys asked to DM on fri, which I done & they wont respond
