    @BarclaysUK I visited your only remaining branch in the city of Swansea this morning to pay coin into account. You only open the cash desk Mon-Fri I was informed. I work Mon-Fri? How am I supposed to pay actual money into my accounts? You charge me a fee yet I cannot access them?

    @sumner_rowan @BarclaysUK I called again today and got the same - still not able to receive foreign cheques. It’s quite incredible that the most basic service you expect from an account is unavailable. I’ve logged a complaint with the financial ombudsman

    @BarclaysUK Would say that the service at the Notting Hill branch is s*** but there is no service! Counter closed and not enough ATMs!

    @BarclaysUK so live chat says call - so I call - phone message says service shut - try direct call from app - message says we now deal in live chat? Is customer service now a thing of the past for Barclays - no branch access, no phone access, bad live chat? I just want my money!!

    @BarclaysUK I'm finding it very difficult to speak to someone for help. Chat was useless. I can't ring you as I live abroad nor can I visit a branch in person. No email address or secure messaging system on your website. Can you help?

    Def changing banks now due to how poor service at @BarclaysUK is. Awful banking app, long waiting times to speak to a human being, and to top things off my 2 closest branches have recently shut meaning I'm more or less reliant on phone / app to speak to someone. 0/10

    @BarclaysUK Trying to report a lost Barclays debit card on a Saturday evening but I waited that long the automated service finally told me it was connecting me to an advisor but then got an automated message telling me the hours were 9am to 8pm and ended the call. No 24hr sec
