@BarclaysUK I visited your only remaining branch in the city of Swansea this morning to pay coin into account. You only open the cash desk Mon-Fri I was informed. I work Mon-Fri? How am I supposed to pay actual money into my accounts? You charge me a fee yet I cannot access them?

An odd day as I am leaving @BarclaysUK after 40 years. Their individual service has consistently got worse. There are no individual managers any more even for people who put lots of money through their accounts. Last straw: removal of automatic sweeps from current to savings. 1/2

@BarclaysUK ive switched accounts to another bank ., how do i access my old statements? It wont let me log on online banking, i can get on through the app,but it doesnt show my closed account,just my barclays savings account. Thanks
