    @BarclaysUK @neil_bram Is this still a problem now in 2021 ?? Because I have just found the error code 1100 today after 4 days of barclays unable to fix their problem , with me accessing my money !!

    @BarclaysUK @neil_bram Barclays I'm not saying you are terrible! But if you going to make your customers save you money, by going app and online, then sort your updates and tweaks out !! Thursday last week, you done something, and since then I cannot get into my banking app!! Why ?? Please answer ??

    @BarclaysUK @neil_bram This is a code I have found today !! Because your app still has a problem !! And it's been made aware to you since last Thursday!! But this is acceptable! Because its banking way forward! Close branches, and release updates for mobile banking that don't work ! Then make us wait

    @BarclaysUK absolutely woeful with the tech pack insurance now. New service provider for phone Insurance and 17 days later still without a phone...taken my £100 excess though. Apparently next working day service. DO NOT get this account for the Insurance
