You might want to try contacting Barclays' customer support directly, either by phone or through their website's live chat, to get help with deleting payees. They should be able to guide you through the process or do it for you.

Vernon (@BaronBromwich) reported@BarclaysUK Guys. There's a problem with the way payments to Lloyds credit cards are showing in mobile banking. Random narratives of "American Express" a "Create" are appearing. Even though the payment is made to a Lloyds credit card. This can be quite confusing on statements.
