@xrbham @BarclaysUK So what exactly will replace the fossil fuels you want banned? Certainly not wind turbines because those are reliant on fossil fuels. Working against your own interests has never been so obvious as these pics you have shared.

Tried to open a bank account for my 13YO son @BarclaysUK yesterday, really poor customer service- was told basically that as I don’t bank with them that’s it’s difficult to open an account, felt like we were fobbed off and it was in the too difficult to do box #disappointed

@BarclaysUK sort out your abysmal customer service(?) A morning wasted on getting an answer to a simple question. The chat facility was useless (unhelpful generic responses) & the tel banking service was no better...40 mins on hold? Customer for 35 years+...not impressed.

@StanDMan_BTFD @BarclaysUK They got resumed a few weeks later. I’ve made deposits from Binance to my bank account a few times since, last time being as recent as 10 days ago. The service has been suspended recently, just not communicated properly

My mum takes my dad off her Barclays account after he died and they set up all direct debits in the wrong name but deny it’s their fault. Apparently it’s a coincidence all the direct debit companies have the wrong name and @BarclaysUK can’t help.

@BarclaysUK fix your mobile app, it's impossible to pay in cheques. It's not a problem with my photo, the light, the angle whatever, I've read the copy and paste replies 100 times, it's a problem with your apps OCR, it's been like this for years! Terrible

@BarclaysUK really annoyed, wasted 30 minutes ringing your call centre regarding someone who used to live at our address before us and hasn’t changed his address, got told to take the letter to my local bank #nothappening I’m too busy and surely it’s not down to me to sort?

@BarclaysUK - absolutely disgusting service online. Trying to complain in a chat that lasted over 1 hour, and you think it is acceptable to send texts at 4.45am!!!
