@BarclaysUK I have a standing order due to go out today but it was declined. Plenty of money to cover it but I woke up to a text message saying there was a system problem last night. How do I push this payment through as it’s for parking which I’m due to use today?

@HSBC_UK Not good enough is it? How many more disruptions are we due to expect? This isn't just a disruption of service this effects everyday life for most, especially as we're being pushed into cashless and ai bot customer service. Do better. I don't see @BarclaysUK having issues

@BarclaysUK @Barclaycard why does barclaycard think it is acceptable for a customer to wait up to 10 days for a replacement card and told at the time about 5 days when the card is blocked because of fraud activity ?

Hello, @BarclaysUK. When I log onto your website for my card account, a notification has told me I should make your staff aware if I have a disability, and I wish to do that. Because of my disability, I cannot use a telephone. Please help me to find another way. Thank you.

@BarclaysUK Ive been a customer for 2 weeks, try paying my bills at the end of the month and you've blocked my card twice!! Your automated fraud system is ridiculous! You have caused to much stress resulting in loosing me as a customer. Absolutely pathetic.
