    @BarclaysUK I have raised request 3 time to close my account. Every time your support executives are saying "account will be closed within 1-2 days" (it started on August 23). It is a frustrating experience. Please can you look into it. I cant waste time anymore. Thanks

    @AppleSupport What do you mean if i have used this kind of code before? My bank sends me this code after every 5 months or so. It’s a perk of being their customer. So i cnt redeem the perks of banking with @BarclaysUK? Is that what you are telling me? Maybe i misunderstood @BarclaysUKHelp

    According to @BarclaysUK, being able to pay-in cash is not a necessary feature of a bank branch. You need to search for one amongst the few remaining branches which actually can do it. They recommend using the post office! This is a public service announcement.

    @BarclaysUK I opened an account some days ago , but I realise that I put some wrong details , to be more exactly the last 3 years history of living locations, that’s the one. How can I fix the problem ? There’s no option in the app.

    @MorganMarkF @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I think Barclays are still in the very dark ages when it comes to customer service. We stopped using them many moons ago, just too expensive for their own good. You should ask for a refund! As a gesture of goodwill, if that even is a thing anymore. Xktx
