Why do I have to explain to @BarclaysUK staff that the chip and sign cards they issue don't magically have a hidden PIN that is used sometimes. Here's a hint. A chip and sign card with a pin is called a CHIP AND PIN CARD. It's not a sign card if it has a pin in any form.

@BarclaysUK received a letter this morning saying that I need to close my account and I have until the 23rd of January trying to access my account this morning I am blocked with no access to my money which is my pension thank you ******** I want my money back.

Back home and AGAIN having to phone @BarclaysUK about another erroneous @PayPalUK payment. Every ******* Saturday I waste an hour sorting out this ****. Gets refunded and STILL gets taken. Bank recommendations anyone?
