@BarclaysUK partner has a damaged card. You force people to download and use the app as there are insufficient people working in branch, you can’t phone anyone…he’s downloaded the app and damaged card is not showing yet Inhave this option?

the interenet is great, but goddamn it, some companies are just using it to take the p*&s. ring @BarclaysUK via the "call us" link in the app, and it tells you to go back and use the "chat" section in the app. then I go there and it tells me I have to wait 29 minutes!!! WTF??!

@BarclaysUK @Barclays I am so disappointed in the service yous have continued to provide me .. what type of bank doesn’t honour a charge back that was wrongly given to me due to lack of training and knowledge from your staff .. I wasn’t even able to provide a argument

@BarclaysUKHelp No, I didn't have camping equipment so I had to leave the queue. Trying to pay in Christian Aid money. Paperwork already completed to say bank pay in, not PO. I won't try again. It's just NOT customer service to keep closing branches however @BarclaysUK try to package it!

@theeubrit @BarclaysUK Utter madness. Must be a glitch no one knows. Utter chaos with Barclays. I’m apparently not the only one. You can’t even get through to the call centre over 20 mins wait. I’m not surprised.

@findjoyeveryday @Zebrafishspoony @BarclaysUK Yes! I’d forgotten that. I did exactly this 2 months ago because my bank was closed due to staff sickness & the lady in the charity shop I was chatting to told me the Post Office offer this free service.

Wow that app sucks. Can't pay in my cheque via the app, it isn't working. Can't access a branch or cash machine. I'm physically disabled, bar magic, how do I get this into my account? @BarclaysUK

@BarclaysUK @Barclays who at Barclays thinks it’s a good idea to freeze an entire business and all personal accounts with no notification? This could put me OUT of business. Very very poor service..
