@BarclaysUK been a customer over 30 years. 3 months and 2 hours on hold and I still can’t speak to someone. Excuses are ridiculous as is the lack of respect to customers. I also made the mistake of phoning from a mobile so will be costing a fortune

.@BarclaysUK has provided the most funding for fossil fuel projects of all European banks. 😠 @BarclaysUKHelp, stop propping up climate-wrecking projects. I have been a customer for many years but if the bank don't clean up their act I shall remove my accounts accordingly.
